Best Video Inspection in Colorado Springs CO

We were in a bind and no other plumbers were available to come out and help with a sewage backup on short notice. Mark came out late and got to work quickly and for a reasonable price! Will call Mark next time we need a plumber!

Needed new sink hooked up, called & the next day Chris came out put it all together. Nice man good with the puppy, cleaned up after himself gave us some advice for preventing water damage. Real happy with the work.👍☺

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

I recieved great customer service. Dwayne is very knowledgeable. He is very honest and trustworthy. Also rates are very reasonable. We have used this company 3 times and have been very satisfied every time.

The crew at Affordable Rooter did an absolutely amazing job of replacing my entire sewer line fom my home to the city main. I was fortunate enough that this wasn't an emergency repair, so I had plenty of time to get quotes from several different companies. Not only was Affordable Rooter's quote much less the others, but from the get-go they seemed much more professional and prepared than their competitors. This was no small job, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The job was completed quickly, they did an absolutely AMAZING job of putting my back yard back together after the excavation, all with no unwelcome surprises along the way. While I hope to never have to have a sewer line excavated again, I will absolutely contact Affordable Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

Mark worked very hard to clean out my roots in my sewer line. He has done this work at my home three times and he always gets the job done.

I had a big mess with slow drains and water coming out of other places where it shouldnt have been. Bryan and I'm sorry I didn't get the other guys name, but they came out and were AWESOME!!!! They were very professional, very helpful with my questions, and did a great job! It took no time for them to fix the problem and the price was great! If these guys come out, you are in good hands! They were very quick in fact they were so quick that When I left and came back they were all done. Unfortunately my pipes weren't. Cost me 200.00 big ones for nothing. So save yourself some grief and call rotorooter

Technician was rude, unprofessional and told us that certain parts were going to be repaired but didn't actually do it then told our warranty company they did. When he came back a second time, after it stopped working, again, he said all he can do is turn up the heat to 150 (which can burn skin) and essentially told us to f*ck off as he walked out the door. Now, we're stuck with lukewarm water in the middle of Winter, I'm pregnant and out $100 for it to be fixed but never happened. Save yourself a world of frustration and anger and choose another contractor.

This company is amazing! Responsive with great communication, professional work, trustworthy, and offer competitive prices for their excellent service! I will absolutely use them again and refer to my friends. They fit our old clay sewer with a pipe liner - phenomenal.

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.

I was very happy with the service your technicians provided. They were here within a couple of hours of me calling. Craig was very friendly and knowledgeable. They cleared the mainline quickly due to roots. He remembered the history of the plumbing lines and the people in the area. I would definitely recommend him for all drain issues.
