The first time I used my new clothes washer in the house I had just purchased, the kitchen and laundry flooded! This caused my downstairs bathroom sewer to back up too! It was a disheartening nightmare, but David arrived promptly, cleaned my outside sewer line, and stayed for a couple more hours to unclog the internal line between the kitchen and laundry room. He was awesome! His courteous and competent service made a bad situation seem less stressful. After the water restoration team set up blowers for the entire weekend, my pilot light went out on my water heater. I requested David and once again he worked for a couple hours, attempting to restore hot water to me, to no avail. The next day he replaced my water heater. David answered my many questions and kept the level of stress down with his calm and helpful nature. Again, he worked diligently to restore hot water to my home, and the past two days it felt wonderful to take a hot bath and shower. I asked David to give my inspection report to Dan, who took the time to come over and explain the most efficient way to insure no further problems with the sewer in my home. After receiving two other estimates, I'm going to schedule with Dan to replace my sewer line in June. I would gladly recommend B and L Plumbing, David, and Dan to anyone who has sewer/flooding issues in their home. I'd offer more than 5 stars if that were possible! As a recent first time home owner, it’s awesome to have found a company we can trust and rely on for our plumbing needs. The tech Brandon was outstanding. Brandon was hardworking, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.The price was certainly on the higher end but honestly the tech sold me on their services and company in general. In addition the office worked with me on a coupon listed on their website. The financing options are easy and quick.Overall I’m very happy with the work done and look forward to working with them in the future.(Little background) House was built in 84 and needed some updates including replacing a 21 year old water heater.

Best plumber I have found in the Springs. He is a very nice person, is always careful and respectful of your home. Prices are very reasonable. I can not recommend them enough.

I had water coming up from my floor drain. It was due to my drainage being clogged. I called around to quote different plumbing companies and Alpalete was not only cheaper, but they were able to come 1 hour after calling them. Diego was my technician, and eveidentally the owner of the business, and was able to service after hours. You're charged extra for after hours but at least it's an option you get if the issue is serious enough to warrant immediate help. Professional and thorough, would recommend to anyone and use again if another issue arises.

Billy was great. They always put on those booties to keep your house clean. He explained everything to me and what they had to do. If I have any more plumbing problems I will definitely call them back and the pricing is responsible.

When the septic backed up on a weekend Acme was the first company to return our call. Dennis was out here in an hour and pumped the tank. The line from the house to the tank was clogged so they went back to the shop and returned within an hour with a rooter. Problem solved. Dennis is great about explaining the problem and the solutions. Great work, quick service, and very fair pricing. I’m now using Acme for a full system replacement on another home and highly recommend them.
