All I have to say is WOW! So my spigot had been all goobered up for a little bit and wanted to get it fixed. So I looked for a smaller and more local plumber. Found C&M Plumbing and they had ×7-5 star reviews. Emailed and quickly had a call back stating that he had time today and would definitely come take care of it in about and hour once he was done with the job he was on. He showed up on time, respectful, very nice guy and extremely quick work. Very reasonable price and will definitely use Crade in the future again for all of the plumbing inside my home that I am remodeling! Need somebody? After the recent hail storm that hit Fountain, everyone in our neighborhood needed repairs in one form or another. Our pressure vacuum breaker was damaged. After being stood up by a different plumbing company, I couldn’t take anymore time off of work than I already had. That company refused to accommodate my work schedule by coming out after 5; so I cancelled them. On my way into work I saw Crade’s C&M Plumbing van parked out in front of a neighbor’s house, so I gave him a call. Cradle was very pleasant to work with and you can tell how much here cares about taking care of his customers. He was upfront about pricing, very flexible in his schedule, and reassured me multiple times that if I found something wrong with the work he had done, that he would be happy to follow up. Not that a follow up was needed, as his work seems to be impeccable so far. After conversing with Crade a bit, I found out that he’s been in the plumbing business for more than 15 years; a lot of experience. C&M is not a big business, just small time trying to make a name for itself. I can personally vouch that his work, work ethic, and customer satisfaction will not disappoint.

Outstanding service! Called Crade for a shower pan replacement quote after he was recommended by another plumbing company here in Colorado Springs. I had previously had another company provide a quote, and they stated the pan had to be replaced, which Crade was able quickly see that wasn't the case. He fixed the issue on the spot. He is definitely customer focused, honest, and straightforward. I will definitely be using Crade for all future work.

Crade came out and quoted me for a gas line for a new gas range install. His quote beat others with no hidden fees. As an independent plumber, he takes pride in what he does and makes sure the job is done to the customer's satisfaction regardless of how long it takes him to complete the job. He helped me with the complete install of my new gas range by removing the old electric one out of the house and bringing in the new one. What really impressed me was that he even met the Pikes Peak Regional Inspector at my house to make sure the new gas line was within code. I do not know of any other contractors to do this. I will definitely use Crade again for any plumbing needs.

We were so pleased with the professionalism and efficiency that Crade displayed. We had interviewed 2 other plumbers that were not even close to the caliber of this company. I thank god we found C&M Plumbing!! My husband was in Afghanistan and the other companies were just trying to take advantage of me because I knew nothing about plumbing, Crade explained everything to me like I was five. I just can't say enough nice things about them. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
