Mark was prompt at responding to my call when it was late at night when we had some water leaking from our spare bathroom. He made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure there were no more issues before he left. Would recommend Mark to everyone.

I always do a yearly maintenance check up on my heating and AC units. Usually, companies will come in, do the bare minimum, charge me their max price and leave. Steven, an employee of Affordable Heating and Plumbing, took the time to show me everything he was doing, and offered helpful information to maintain good quality maintenance year round for my systems. Best experience I’ve had yet.

Eric, did a wonderful job, had a backed up system, because of tree roots. He took the time to make sure my lines were all clear, and flowing. AWESOME job.

I cant thank these guys enough for fixing our broken water pipe. I called in the morning and Robert the owner was here that afternoon to give me an estimate which was very reasonable considering the job and the urgency. His team were on site first thing next morning and everything was fixed by lunch time. Definitely know where to go now if we have any more issues.

Mr. Rooter is my hero after quickly responding to my elderly Pop's broken bathroom drain pipe, which was gushing water into the crawlspace, 6pm on a Friday night! Brandon stayed until the pipe was fixed. I'll only use on Mr.Rooter from now on:)

Absolutely amazing work! I called Mark at midnight and he responded and arrived at my home within an hour. As he worked on the problem he walked me through what exactly was wrong and explained the solutions to take care of it clearly and throughly. Within an hour and a half he was done and my pipes are good as new. He wasn't insanely pricey nor does he charge stupid late night fees. I'm so glad i found him and he will be the first one i call for any future issues i have. Absolutely fantastic job Mark and Pro power rooters. 5/5!

They replaced one water regulator at a good price and I am glad to come back to them for the second replacement. They are fast and friendly. :-) definitely recommend them.
