Mark was able to help us out on a late night emergency drain back up at a rental property I own. Tenants were freaking out, I called 4 other plumbers with 24 hour service who said they couldn't make it out. Mark got out there and got the job done fast and professionally. Highly recommend.

Years ago when we bought this house, Leo’s was the only company who responded to us when we needed a plumber. They scoped and auger’d our line and gave us the video to show our realtor, for inspection purposes. We used them again this week for a routine sewer service. Super easy phone call to their office, a live person answered and gave us the price and got us on the schedule. Mikal and Isaiah arrived during the scheduled time frame and completed the work. Both of these guys were in uniforms, knew what they were doing, had their own tools and got the job done.
We will continue to use and recommend Leo’s.

Marvin came out on Easter Sunday to fix a pipe that I broke. Took care of it in no time and the price was very fair. He explained how a bad prv could lead to big problems later and gave me an estimate for the repair. Great service. Call these guys when you need plumbing work done! 👨‍🔧🪠🛁🚰

We are very pleased with Drain Plumber. Dwayne is professional and helpful. We needed help late-afternoon on a Saturday and after finishing other work, he responded promptly. He communicated very well and we're thankful to have found this business. From now on, Dwayne with Drain Plumber will be our go-to for both preventative and any emergency plumbing needs.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I am so happy with all the work Doug has done for me over the years. He is reliable, friendly, fair, and has fixed every plumbing problem I’ve had quickly and competently. I’ve lived in my 100 year old house for 15 years and I love having such a trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber.

John was great. He was prompt and was able to replace our water heater within 3 hours even with having to leave to get parts. The price was better than other quotes we received and the final cost was the same as the initial quote he gave us even though the job was a little complicated. He was efficient and cleaned up (although there wasn't much mess anyway). We'll definitely be using them again whenever we need a plumber.

This place is horrible they came because our bathtub is leaking and we asked them to fix the leak also clean out some drains all they did was clean the drains out and leave our Bath tub leaking and as we trusted them without doublechecking charged us almost $300 for something that they did not even fix on top of that they were speaking to someone that did not speak 100% English so they took a vantage of the situation and did not correct the problems that we hired them for and charges as if they did and as soon as I called their office to speak to a manager she yells at me and says we should have hired someone that spoke our language and if we wanted to fix our leak we need to still pay $150 to get it fixed this place is very disrespectful and discriminates on anyone that is not American this place is very rude and does a terrible job their customer service sucks and doesn’t deserve any business please take it from me if you don’t speak perfect English and don’t watch them throughout the whole process you will get scammed I can’t believe they took a vantage of my mother and didn’t fix our problem and now our water bill is over $200 I just got out of the hospital from surgery and come home to find out that nothing was fixed properly this company is terrible warning do not use this company I promise you you will regret it if I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would

Called mr.Rooter about low water pressure in the home tech arrived at the stated time and replaced the pressure regulator and disconnected the water softener and all my problems were solved.thanks a million the person who took my call was a nice person and mr Long is just outstanding to all concerned thanks and merry Christmas and happy new year.now I know who to call

We used both the plumbing and heating services. Both technicians were excellent! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! Got our problems fixed fast. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will definitely call them for future issues.

The company had completed a major project for us a couple years ago. It was a positive experience. I had a service completed on our toilet and followed up with the company about part of the fix but my inquiry was never resolved.

I had shared with the plumber during his visit we had just installed new parts a few days before but think they may need to be adjusted because it didn't seem like we installed properly. He ended up purchasing a new part (of the exact part we had) and replaced it and charging us.

I followed up with the owner and his son and to see what their thoughts were about their service plumber not investigating the installation first to see if it could be tweaked and simply replacing it with a new identical part.

The owner and son said they would follow up with the plumber and follow up with us. Never heard back from them.
