Jeff did a superb job when our water heater broke. His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. The entire project met all code requirements. As a veteran and spouse of a veteran, Jeff's work met our high quality standards. We trust Jeff and gladly refer him to our family and friends.

Had them do preventative maintenance on my main lines, I have two and one requires them to get on the roof. Guys were on time, very professional, affordable, and got along with my dogs. I will definitely be using them next year.

Today we had electrical work done by Estevan, he was awesome! Our appt time was early in the morning and towards the end of our service window I received a call from the office saying we're on schedule but a bit after the time frame given. Then received a call from Estevan saying he was on his way and eta, he arrived just as advised. He listen to our vague issues and banthered with good humor. He was quick and efficient, Ihad an estimate froma different company that was going to replace loads of things, Estevan checked the 3 outlets that weren't working and found an additional outlet that was done incorrectly and had failed at somepoint. He fixed that and plated it as we didn't need that outlet, which then made it so the other 3 on the circuit work as the should. Clean, friendly and great service. Highly recommend👌👍

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

They were super helpful. And I did not even wind up using them. It was a problem that was fixed by the water company. But they pointed me in the right direction and I will definitely call on them if I need some help.

Our backflow device was leaking which caused it to flood the office. We called Alphalete and they sent out Diego the same day to take a look at it. He quoted us almost half the price of another company and started the work the next day. He was on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. He got us set up with two things to help prevent this from happening to us again! We really appreciate Alphalete and will definitely use them again for our company and personally for our houses. We had a very bad experience with this company but I called again because we had already spent $800.00 with them and desperately needed them to fix the toilet. Charles and Matt came out and did a 5 🌟 job. They had excellent customer service skills and finally fixed the problem.
I think this company can be a hit or miss so for that I'll give them a 3 star rating.

Jorge is always terrific. This time, he came when he said he would, gave me alternatives to solve my problem, did the work very well, and inspected my outside septic lines. The office staff was also very helpful when I wanted to change my mode of payment. Highly recommend!!

Green Plumbing came to our house the day after Christmas as the water heater blew out. Jeff Silverburg was there after a long day at 5:00 and worked until 9:30 pm. He installed carbon monoxide detectors for us as we didn’t have any before. He called for a permit and when the inspector came out he walked in the door, looked at the installation of the water heater, turned to my wife and said “who did you say installed this?” My wife replied that Green Plumbing did. He said you are good to go and walked out. My wife raced after him and asked if he needed to see that the carbon monoxide detectors were working and he said I don’t need to as I know they do quality work. WOW, how often do you hear that about a contractor or plumber? I haven’t heard it before and was blown away by this reaction. I will not hesitate to refer Jeff and his team at Green Plumbing.
