Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Had Smith Htg come in and inspect my furnace that a previous company said needed replaced Asap and was going to charge me any where from 4000 to 7000 to do. Smith came in and said there is nothing wrong with the furnace matter of fact the older models last longer than the new ones do. Ken didn't even charge me for his time. I will call Smith for now on and encourage all friends and Family to do the same.

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

Firstly, they charge a $70 fee just for showing up, pretty high especially when other companies don’t charge anything. Instead of suggesting to replace my high efficiency water heater with another high efficiency water heater, the tech wanted to go with a standard water heater. This would require a sub-contractor to come out and cut the needed holes in my house. To me, it sounds like a racket to get his buddy some money out of me, too. Lastly, B and L quoted me $3,800 for parts and labor (not including the sub-contractor). Yeah. So I decided to get a second opinion and called SOCO. They didn’t charge a fee to come out, recommended the high efficiency water heater first off (how I learned there were different types of water heaters) and only charged $2,400. They even offered interest free financing for the first year! I highly recommend them.

This company did a great job on a Sunday afternoon when we had a clogged sewer drain full of roots. Company was responsive, courteous, timely, good price point. Will def use again.

I’ve used this company when I lived in Westcliffe, and I was happy to see they come to Colorado Springs as well. They are always on time, great with any repairs I’ve needed, from roughing in plumbing to fixing a faucet. This last trip Daniel G came out, and as usual, fixed everything promptly and the service was reasonably priced. Quality work is the best part about using this company. I’ve never been disappointed.

Dan, Zach and his team did a great job on my cured in place pipe liner. My main sewer line was clogged with roots and they were prompt in getting out to complete the job. They were also very flexible with my busy work schedule.

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.
