A potential buyer of our home hired Leo's to
Inspect the pipes. After the inspection my husband came home. As he was entering the home a male pulled up in a Leo's work vehicle and said he had to come back because he forgot his extension cord. My Husband asked the technician what he was doing on the roof? He said he was trying to access the pipes from the roof but when he was unable to access them, he then removed the toilet in the house to get to the pipes.
Thats right, he started taking apart our house without our knowledge. The following business day we were informed by our realtor that the toilet the technician removed claimed that our toilet had a pre-existent crack. Really??? The toilet was supposedly already cracked before you took it off, but yet you and the inspector decided to remove the toilet anyway??? No one has given us any answers. I called to talk to a manager 1 week ago today. I was told Russ would call me By Monday. I have yet to hear from anyone in their office. We have lived in our home over 8 years and NEVER had a problem with that toilet and there were NO pre-existant cracks. The toilet was put back on by the technician and inspector cracked and off alignment.
What inspector and Plumber in their right mind would remove a toilet if it already had pre- existant damages. That's right, the toilet wasnt damaged prior to your removal which is why you felt it was okay to start taking apart our house. We have paid out of pocket for your mistake. I called your office in order to better understand what your technician was thinking and to make you aware of this problem and you failed to respond. I hope that this information is helpful to people in the future who are seeking your services. We did not hire your services and would never reccomend your company to anyone in the future.

First of all Brandon did an outstanding job of explaining and showing me the problem areas with the old furnace and a/c. It was immediately apparent that it was time to replace them. The replacement team arrived on time, did a great job, and my new Rheem furnace and a/c are incredible!

My wife and I own a few investment properties. Luckily right after we bought our first one, we discovered Always Plumbing and Heating. Since then, they are the only plumbing service we will use. At one point, we did have a plumbing problem that we needed fixed ASAP and Ed couldn't get to it right away so we tried getting someone else who could do it sooner. We called and left messages with at least 6 other plumbers in town. None of then answered their phones and none of them returned our calls. So we then waited for Ed to get to it and since then, we refuse to use anyone else. He has done a lot of work for us and we couldn't be happier with Always Plumbing and Heating.

Where amazing they stayed late and got the job done such respectful young men they did a wonderful job and made a bad being ( not their doing) good in the end I’d absolutely use smith’s again with workers like that I also had a Spicket repaired a couple weeks earlier and the guys who came to repair were amazing as well I don’t remember their names but very courteous and respectful and nice and explained everything they were doing as well great company only had one hiccup with paperwork and finally decided to call the office instead of the quote guy and the office got it all fixed in a snap they made everything fall into place and absolutely did an amazing job I’m definitely keeping this plumbing company in my phone they are amazing and compassionate and understanding in a difficult situation it really bites when unfortunately your water heater goes out in the winter and they worked with us and made it happen thank you smiths for hiring great people and doing a wonderful job Neil Nissen has also been amazing getting things took care of ac up and running again

I have called on B&L Plumbing in the past and have never been disappointed in their service. Today, Kevin arrived on time to locate and repair a water leak in the ceiling of my basement. He was so professional, caring and explained the entire process needed for repair. Before he left, he cleaned up the area and gave me the name/number to Executive Pro-Dry water removal to further assist me. Kevin then called them for me and they arrived 45 mins. later. Richard was on time and affordable. Gave the main line inspection a thumbs up; even showed a video of the main. Within a year of moving in, the toilet richard had to remove to 'inspect the main' developed a leak and damaged the basement ceiling..Had to spend an extra $150.00 in repairs. Coincidence? Maybe. Lowered my rating.

Robbie was sent to our home to diagnose and give us an estimate for our main water supply line leak beneath the foundation. He knew right away that he had to call the office and get the work in progress, and they changed his days' schedule to accommodate our emergency. Luckily, the leak was only about 2' from where it entered the house, and he was able to replace that section of pipe to get water flowing back in the house. He left the maintenance room where the leak occurred cleaner than he started the day despite using a jackhammer and fresh concrete to replace the section of foundation that was taken away. When he was complete, he went over everything with us, and they actually REDUCED the cost from the estimate due to not needing to spend as much time as we were quoted for. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for future work (hopefully less dramatic fixes though!)
