Very happy with the services provided, Brandon completed several small jobs for me this afternoon. He's very pleasant, answered all my questions, and was quick at work without making me feel like he was rushing to the next job. Will definitely use him again!

Amazing plumber. We had a major flood in basement from a busted pipe. Just with a few questions he figured out the exact spot of the leak. He's a professional for sure. Clean work and extremely exact on time frame. Texted me before he arrived and even stuck around a few minutes to make sure water was flowing and no leaks. We had a leak from our fridge water line the night before, and Brandon was kind of enough to squeeze us into his schedule the next morning to check it out. Some places will charge you just for having a tech drive and enter your home even if no repairs are done, whereas Brandon will only charge if he has to do a repair.. he will let you know what he thinks and provide suggestions if it's something minor you can handle or watch out for on your own. Highly recommend Brandon!

It takes a lot for someone to write a review before actually having someone come do the work- but here we are.
We were cancelled on by a different company at our appointment time for an active leak under our sink. We had already been waiting a week for the appointment.
I called COS and left a message and Brandon called me right back to talk me through the concerns. He explained how booked up he was but that maybe he could try and help and get here in between… so nice. He even took a look at photos and called to help us troubleshoot over the phone.
While he may not be able to come out today- he still tried and helped where he could and how he could. For that, we will be calling him first from now on. Service like this seems to be missing with the 8 other places I called so we greatly appreciate his attention. He will be worth the wait for sure when my kitchen isn’t a disaster. THANKS BRANDON!

Brandon is a hardworking, careful plumber who knows what he is doing. That alone puts him in the top 10%. But Brandon impressed us by going the extra mile to ensure that our project finished in a timely fashion, despite some challenges and unforeseen issues on his side. He has a great work ethic and is a super easy person to work with. He also is diligent about communicating by text or phone about scheduling issues. We are planning to ask Brandon to come back and work on another remodel project within the next year.

Our garbage disposal was quite old (we just moved into this house built 17 years ago) and sounded like it was about to die. We called and got a quick appointment. He replaced our disposal and did a couple of other small repairs. Brandon was fast and efficient and professional and friendly. We reccommend!

Not having hot water, right before Thanksgiving, can sure put a damper on the holiday. But thanks to Brandon that didn't last long! I knew it was going to be a long shot at 2am on Black Friday morning when I finally threw in the towel on trying to fix my water heater myself,to try and find a plumber that would even consider coming out over the holiday weekend. Low and behold Brandon responded right away! What was even more impressive is that he offered some trouble shooting via phone to save me time and money. I was so thankful! He sincerely wants to help his customers. In the end, he did have to make a visit and he was so knowledgeable, professional and personable, even the dog liked him! And that says a LOT! During my visit to the plumbing supply store, the gentleman working there knew of Brandon and had nothing but great things to say. I rarely take the time to leave a review, but we were so impressed with Brandon, that I wanted to. He is honest, punctual, and works at a reasonable rate. We've already scheduled him for a second visit, for a different plumbing issue. He even gave us tips on how to save $ on water and gas while we're vacationing!

Always a bummer when you have a pipe separate in a wall and have water damage. COS Plumbing was there when I needed them and was able to put in a new drainage pipe and reroute another pipe from my water heater. Very fast, reliable, friendly service. A+ workmanship and very reasonable rates. I came home after being deployed for 10 months to find rusted out pipes flooding water under my sink and making it practically impossible to use my kitchen. Every plumber I called, including Mr. Vinson, was booked for several days. However, after accidentally re-dialing COS Plumbing a second time, Mr. Vinson very kindly realized how difficult the situation was for our family and offered to come at the end of his very busy workday day to make the repair. The fee for the service was more than fair and much lower than expected given the above and beyond service! It is really rare to find a professional company who is also a good neighbor!

Way over priced the average cost an hour is (including the labor, piping and materials). You'll typically pay a master plumber between $45 to $150 per hour for the work. They want $275 an hour almost double of the highest you should ever pay for a master plumber. Do your research before you agree to anything.

The hose on my toilet exploded. Brian came out and replaced the hose and found that my water presser was three times what it should be and put on a new valve the next day and fixed my leaky faucet.
