There was a little confusion initially, but James Randall and Martin resolved it quickly. The work was done in a matter of hours even though the location of my old water heater was in a wonky spot. I would recommend and plan to use them for all our plumbing needs

Water heater failure and leaking. Called B&L in the morning & John was at my house before noon. Heater had to be replaced. He had one with him and installed it. Total time from arrival to departure was a little over 2 hrs. Very impressive and responsive service. Will definitely use them again.

Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I’m VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn’t the water heater, but the regulator for the house. Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! It’s great when you get to work with people who are honest, thoughtful and experts at what they do. My friends and family now know who to use for their plumbing needs. We've been using BullsEye Plumbing heating and air since we found them a couple years ago. The owner is both sincere and honest, I feel that trickles down to the employees. Great company!

Aaron, Jason, and the rest of the crew at Pikes Peak Mechanical are wonderful! I have worked with them for over a year now and have not been disappointed. Their positive attitude and high work ethic have made them my main contact for any work needed. I would recommend Aaron and his crew for anything you need done.

Donnie was very professional and courteous. Had to replace a shower drain pipe under home. Donnie went above and beyond to make sure all work was completed and no further issues. Thank you Donnie and the Dan's Drain team!

Price was $75 higher than quoted over the phone. They left my garage a mess. I paid for camera inspection which they did before the auger, but they did not inspect the line again AFTER the auger. Is it just me or should camera inspection be done before AND after the auger...to make sure the line has been cleared effectively? They were also in a hurry the entire time, and not on my account. I got the feeling that if they had more time, they would have inspected the line after the auger but their timeline took presidence over performing a quality job.

BUT, they do know what they are doing and my drainage problem is fixed...for now. I do however question the longevity of the fix. I sure wish I could verify the effectiveness of the fix with the camera(which I paid for). Oh well, I'll try someone else out next time.

Aladdin got right to work and was very thorough, even going so far as to visit my downstairs neighbor to make sure her drains weren't affected. Absolutely recommend.

He made sure the job was done completely and was very clean and professional with obvious considerations for the client which I am not used to when hiring contractors. Bob was amazing and completely professional. I called several places and no one would help with my water heater in my mobile unit. I spoke to Bob and explained I need a plumber. He came within the hour and had everything fixed and tested working perfectly. Bob even called 3 hours later for a follow up to make sure everything was working as intended. Hands down the best plumbing company. I was charged accordingly which was what I thought it should have cost which was very reasonable. Thank you Bob for everything!
