The Pueblo Tech who fixed this issue, water heater repair, was Greg M. He arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & proposed fix, returned promptly from shop with required part & upgrade, installed new,upgraded Thermocouple, determined root causes to the water heater, even took pictures with his phone to explain to me what he found, cleaned, modified to prevent recurrence, and returned water heater to service. All this within 1st min. labor hour charge! Fully explained what he did, parts replaced & why, and pointers for future, trouble free operation. Also, we were given a Discount since this was a re-call. Greg M. is an Outstanding Tech, ultra professional, followed PPE requirements, timely & skilled. I was very pleased with the service today. And I received a more thorough clean on the Air Conditioner than years past which was very nice!

I noticed a leak in my basement around the water heater and furnace. Jason was able to stop by on the same day to check it out. Turns out it was a clogged condensation valve that was easy to fix. He and his coworker fixed it and went on to their next job within 20 minutes. Jason even took the time to explain what had happened without being condescending like some home repairmen can be. Thank you!

Dan was able to diagnose a problem that two other plumbers were unable to diagnose correctly. Thanks to him we were able to get the proper repairs done and not waste more money on opinions or unnecessary work that was not the actual problem. Dan and his team also did the repairs to the underground line and were so professional and did such a great job it looked better than brand new!

My plumber showed up and said he wasn't going to run his snake down the drain because I put chemicals down the drain. Tore into a wall to find another pipe, ran snake through three different lines, and still didn't fix clog, and left muddy water in the shower basin. He also said I had a collapsed sewer line that would be costly, without even being able to scope the line. I rented a snake from Home Depot for 85 dollars went through toliet line, and cleared in one hour. I still paid the $225 fee for Priority Plumbing to come out and fix nothing and leave a horrible mess😞 *****12/24/21 update. I was refunded the full amount, and feel like they made it right with me. It was a learning expierience I will never forget.
