Awful! They are just trying to upsell you. Did NOT do the job correctly.Called them out to clean the sewer line. The plumber use the SMALLEST punch ever to poke a hole through very thin scraggly roots. Would not use the big blade or cutter. (This was not my first rodeo)Sent a guy out a few days later to do an “inspection” with a camera. We were able to see the extremely small hole the guy punched through the small hair like rootsIf we want them to ACTUALLY use the correct attachment for the job…well that’s another $400 and another visit!Save yourself, rent the machine from Home Depot. $80 it comes with all the attachments. Then you can use the actual blade attachment that will clear out the small roots. Which is what I will have to do this week to do the job they didn’t.

The service tech Jaquan was very polite and did his job explaining things to me so I was informed of what he would be doing. He answered my questions. We asked for him in particular for another issue and he took care of it and was still very polite. My husband and I really liked him.

HVAC Solutions came out and removed a 15 year old attic A/C system that had failed and leaked into the ceiling. When the work was completed they lowered the price as it took less time than originally expected. I don't know many companies that would do that. Very pleased with the professional work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them, not something I can do very often.

They were our go to for anything plumbing related from toilet issues to garbage disposal repair. They were on time all but 1 time and we got a courtesy call before they were even late. We have since moved, and while we hope to have no issues come up, if we do they are on speed dial. Highly recommend they are very professional, knowledgeable, and best of all no surprises with the bill.

Met the owner Joe and service tech Dana who worked diligently to resolve the airflow issue and discovered the wrong zone damper was installed. They are in the process of correcting that issue giving our home proper air flow. Very knowledgeable with resolving the issue. Would highly recommend!

The Pueblo Tech who fixed this issue, water heater repair, was Greg M. He arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & proposed fix, returned promptly from shop with required part & upgrade, installed new,upgraded Thermocouple, determined root causes to the water heater, even took pictures with his phone to explain to me what he found, cleaned, modified to prevent recurrence, and returned water heater to service. All this within 1st min. labor hour charge! Fully explained what he did, parts replaced & why, and pointers for future, trouble free operation. Also, we were given a Discount since this was a re-call. Greg M. is an Outstanding Tech, ultra professional, followed PPE requirements, timely & skilled. We had a clog in our main line due to wipes being flushed (the “flushable” kind) …
Anyway, they sent a technician out same day and he fixed us right up! Very kind, timely, efficient and affordable service. Would absolutely recommend calling these guys for your plumbing needs.

Had an issue with the outside faucet and on this day of Aug 3rd 2023 John came over popped it out put a new one in. He was very funny and professional and I would recommend him or any of the staff for future endeavors.
