This is the absolute best company, hands down, in Colorado Springs! We moved to Colorado Springs last August (2020), and after being here a few months, one of our water heaters quit working. Josh & Justin came out to change the water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable and the absolute best company we could have called to take care of the job. They will be the only company we go to for any plumbing and/or heating problems - a company that has integrity and is honest! I cannot recommend them enough!

I placed a work order through my home warranty company and it was placed through this company. I was notified of my appointment time promptly (which was for the next day!) Chris showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He diagnosed that my problem was electrical and instead of just leaving after completing his work, he sat on the phone for me to set up an appointment with an electrician for me! I believe he said he was working multiple positions at the company as well (including some form of management), so I'm sure his time is very important, but he made sure I was taken care of before leaving!

In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner.

Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The only reason I know of them is the absolutely reckless driving I have encountered by their drivers. I was nearly forced into a crash by them when I had a baby in the car with me. Going north on Cascade the driver pulls out RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME which causes me to have to slam on the brakes nearly crashing. Of course the driver could not wait until I passed, and to complete the story the took a right exactly one block down.

The fact the drivers are so insane and nearly killed a baby I will never deal with this company and warn you to do the same.

I've used them lots of times. They are reliable and professional. They come in weekends too. Shane can fix anything related to plumbing pretty quick.

I have an old a/c unit and Keith was amazing. He replaced a component during the service call and he educated me on what may be needed in the future based on the model I have. He also showed me the amperage draw on my current A/C and honestly answered my questions about the potential energy saving of a new system. No trying to sell me anything I don’t need, just education for when I do need a replacement.

Then I was fortunate to meet Scott, a co-owner who came out to see what I needed and to give me a quote--you could hear and see the pride and passion he has for his company. Then the installers Jeremy, Anthony, Mike, and Brian came out to install a new furnace and AC unit—very professional and friendly—their hard work passed the inspection with flying colors. And Samantha at the office made certain that I was taken care of and happy with the process from beginning to end. We had a natural gas leak behind the stove. I tried to fix it but couldn’t. Jeff, the owner was here on time and did a great job sealing the leak. We will use Green Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ralph and Brandon were our tech(s) today. They were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They found the leak, let me know what part they needed to replace. They also realigned the faucet for us.

He did a great job. Was able to fix the ceiling fan light and kitchen dimmer light.

First appointment the tech was an hour didnt fix the issue. Second appointment he no showed. I dont recommend this company.
