We had a clog in our main line and called around to all these great companies who are all over the TV and newspapers....they wanted about $200 to show up and about another $200-$300 for the repairs. I called Mr. Rooter and was able to get them to come out immediatly at no additional charge and they quoted me the cost upon arrival again. Larry was my plumber and let me say that he was great. He cleared our main, used a camera to show me what was the problem (tree roots), and then checked my houses water pressure for me (just a courtesy since my water heater was leaking). The total bill was only $273 and by the way....IT WAS EASTER SUNDAY! Thank you Mr. Rooter and Larry...I will only call you for business now!

Mark was absolutely wonderful. We are buying an older home (built in 1966) and wanted to do a sewer inspection just to make sure everything was ok. It was very affordable, we had called a couple other plumbers for inspections. Pro Power Rooter's pricing was much better than the others.

During the inspection, Mark explained everything that we were seeing, things to be concerned about, things not to be concerned about.

It was a very positive experience, and he was very knowledgable. We will definitely be calling Mark if we have any future plumbing needs.

While visiting an elderly friend in Colorado Springs, she experienced a sewer line backup. We called late Thursday night, and not only did a human answer, we had a technician out the very next morning. To make a long story short, Rooter Town of Colorado Springs employees, from management (Ruben) down to every technician or support person, was FANTASTIC and we would highly recommend their service. They worked diligently Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on a major problem that was fixed to perfection. Oh my gosh... I honestly can’t say enough good things about Donnie and Savannah. Having plumbing issues is a very stressful situation, but they are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and just great from the first phone call to the end of the appointment.

Dan, Zach and his team did a great job on my cured in place pipe liner. My main sewer line was clogged with roots and they were prompt in getting out to complete the job. They were also very flexible with my busy work schedule.
