Eduardo came out on Easter Sunday at 10pm to save us from a backed up sewer line. We couldn't use our toilets, shower, do dishes etc. and he came very quick and fixed the problem without a hitch. Thank you!!

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Very polite over the phone and offered a decent quote, but require a membership purchase with them for +$300 to do any work on any property. Not the people to call if you need a 1 time job done.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! I called on 3/9 to set an appointment for later that afternoon, since I was on my way out to an appointment. The man who answered the phone insisted that they closed at 5 and needed an hour to do the work (slow toilet) so I left my appointment early to be home on time. They never showed, didn't answer when I called (twice) to check if they were coming, and never replied to the voice message I left. I called another company who came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem in a half hour. It's now 3/18 and I never heard a word back from Doc's. I've used them before with no problems so maybe it was one disgruntled worker, but I won't call them again.

I called up this morning because we were having plumbing issues and spoke with Lisa as well as marry and they are just the sweetest sent out someone in the morning and when kevin arrived who was our technician he was just wonderful they really care about helping and also being affordable I would recommend them !!!

I used Parkeys in the past to service my furnace. I stopped using them years ago because I had a guy come out to look at my water heater and he was extremely rude.I wanted to give them another try this year and have them look at a stack pipe on my roof. The lady who took my call was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called the next day to cancel my appointment. The representative I got was apologetic for the other ladies behavior. I thought that was the end of it. Not even an hour later the rude lady called me and said they canceled my appointment. She was combative and hateful. In a way I felt like it was harassment because I had already canceled the appointment with someone else. Will never call them again.
