Although I didn't have any work done by these guys, I will say the technician was honest and open about what needed to be repaired. He said he could quote me, but that it would be an easy fix for myself. Appreciated his honesty and will definitely use in the future for my electrical needs.

We have been a member of HVAC solution's service plan-- where they come out every winter and spring to ensure our systems are working properly. For the last 3 years we have had issues with our AC freezing when we turn it on-regardless of HVAC saying it's fine upon our yearly inspection. Over the last 3 years we have spent over 2k on top of our maintenance plans trying to get this fixed. They have sent out tech telling us everything is fine
Or it's fixed only for it to freeze the first time it comes on in the summer. The last visit was the final straw-- $700 bill for 2 techs to come out, at $145 an hour, to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 years ago. We paid the bill, but I would never recommend their services or their service plans. It's a joke. They just keep sending techs that never fix the problem and keep charging more.

I called today to ask if they ran gas lines, and after having to explain what gas line I needed ran and pretty much how to do it, he proceeded to say, Yeah, we are going to pass on that one. Bye and then hung up.
Not a very polite way to run a business. Could have easily just stated that they dont run gas lines.

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

My furnace stopped working Wednesday morning, called Parkeys and had the problem identified. Thursday morning got the call the part was available locally, Thursday afternoon the part was installed and I had heat again! Great company, very responsive and Juan is the best! Thanks for the warmth!

Per our utilities company we had to have our gas pipe relocated. The employees from Bulls Eye Plumbing and Air came out to give us an estimate for the job but after talking to the two men they asked if they could do the job today? We were so excited to get the job done without rescheduling another appointment we happily said, yes! They finished the job within 25 minutes! It looks GREAT!!

Bob is highly responsive to email and text, and even years later treats us as a current customer instead of a job that's done. He's been our contractor for two big projects (new AC, and later replacing a gas furnace), and has been great about customizing the installation for a house that wasn't really designed with AC in mind. Great to work with.

Everything was as advertised. Clint called before he arrived. Clint was here within the timeframe promised. He found the problem quickly fixed it I have heat again.
