I have used Affordable Plumbing & Heat for years now after a bad experience with another company. They have always been professional and friendly. Recently they rushed a furnace replacement after my 20 year old furnace started have major problems. Adam and his crew were able to get me heat the same day and finished the other components I ordered, AC and Humidify soon after, and Adam was helpful going over my new Ecobee thermostat and phone app. No reason to go elsewhere. Great service! It was easy to make an appointment, they came quickly and finished the job in 15 minutes. I called them to give me a second opinion for a job that was supposed to cost me thousands with a different company. They fixed it in 15 min for a minimal fee. Ryan and Kevin were so pleasant to work with too.

Setting the appointment was easy and the plumber who came was nice. My only issue was the cost. I was charged $385 to replace the outdoor water faucet that was leaking. I didn't have any idea how much it should cost and thought it seemed too expensive but when the plumber told me the cost, I didn't feel comfortable haggling with him. Later I looked up the average cost for this area and it is between $150 and $300. This was above even the high end, which didn't match up with their name, Affordable Rooter. Again, my only issue is that I feel taken advantage of as a single woman and was overcharged.

We need a good plumber because the contractor who did the work caused a lot of issues and he let us know it wasn’t done right !!!!!

We had a problem with strong sewer odors in the basement, Jay from Pro power rooter was sent over for the emergency call on SUNDAY! He was very patient and knowledgeable. He figured out the source of the problem and fixed it fast. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Had a bad experience , aweek before with our A/C repaireman said unit had to be replaced. A week later SHAWN BURKE from FLOWRIGHT came and within an hour he found what the problem was repaired wires that were cut were conected properly. 2 hours after arrival we had A/C, thanks to Shawn.

Tried to charge me $600 to change the thermocouple on my water heater.

They were incredible. We called them in an emergency situation. They responded same day and got our home in working order. Over the next week they got to the route of the problem and fixed it promptly. Plumbing issues are not ever cheep but I believe they are very fairly priced and worth every penny. Not only did they fix the issue they also talked us through everything answering any and all questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

The lady on the phone customer who answered had and attitude and when I decide to call another time she said please don't. Very sad to hear that that is the way this company answers phone calls.

Adam was so respectful of our home. He explained what he was doing and what he found. David came and shot video and also took the time to explain what we were looking at and what the true situation was.The excavation went very well. An excavation project in Colorado with the snow can be challenging but not for this Roto-Rooter team. David was on site everyday and kept us informed on what they were doing that day. It also was a benefit that David has a good working relationship with the city inspectors. Inspections did not hold up the project. Brandon, Vincent, and Kaleb worked sooo hard and you could tell they worked well together. Robert and Scott, the master plumbers stayed until after 8:00 on a Friday night so that our 2nd bathroom was fully working. Thank you to Mark and Mark as well, wow, all that digging.

The technician was super nice and extremely helpful. We just bought our house and he showed us more efficient ways we could run some of the plumbing. Also had a leak in the pipe to our yard sprinkler, and because it's winter, he shut the valve and offered ways to fix it in the spring. The house call was $49 and very affordable considering no actual work was performed.
