Best Inspect All Plumbing in Colorado Springs CO

This company has come out to the place that I'm renting 4 maybe 5 times in the past 3yrs and they still can't fix the problem. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I had them install a new furnace, AC, and humidifier in Dec and bought the service package as well. They have been amazing the entire time and came right out and addressed any little issues I had. Recently they sent a HVAC Tech Marion Martinez out to do the biannual service on my AC and she was amazing! It was so awesome seeing a woman doing great work! Absolutely love this company!

The plumber Dwayne was very professional and got to our property in less than an hour to accommodate my family on his personal time. Since it was so late Dwayne will return tomorrow to complete the job. We are very happy with the service we received and will recommend his company to friends. I hope my review was helpful!

I've been a customer of Parkey's for the last several years and have always had positive interactions and service from the technicians, however the service and interactions from the office staff the last two years has been quite disappointing.I have a tankless hot water heater that takes a little bit extra TLC to service and flush. Last year when I called Parkey's to set up my annual service they gave me a quote of $89 and booked an appointment. When the technician came out he did not have the proper equipment as he was told it was a regular hot water heater, so I had to send him away and reschedule. On the second appointment the tech did the job, all went well until he pulled up the bill and had a charge of close to $450! I was shocked and let him know that the office told me it would be only $89. After speaking with the office they did confirm it they misquoted me but would honor the $89 charge. I was very appreciative of that which is why I called them again this year for my annual service/flush of the hot water heater. Not wanting to have the same issues as last year I called the office to set up the appointment and asked again to confirm the price. I was told $89. I explained to them what happened last year and asked again for them to double check and confirm the price and they again confirmed it would only be $89...Well, today, after waiting for the tech to arrive I received a phone call from the office asking to double check the service I needed. When I confirmed a plus they said that oh the price isn't just $89 it is $89 + $350 for the service. I was a bit disappointed as I was running into the same issues as last year and asked the woman on the phone if she could briefly explain the breakdown of cost for me. She was rather rude, and pushy to get me off the line. I wasn't trying to add time to her day but just wanted to understand what the cost was (as other places in town charge quite less) and explain that this is now twice i've been misquoted and just wanted to have a closer and more accurate number. She practically hung up on me when I stated I needed to cancel's today appointment and would call back when ready to reschedule. On top of all this I am unable to work remotely and killed 2 hours of my work day that I now have to make up or be out of in addition to the 2 hours i'll have to kill again for having to make another appointment.I can understand that sometimes cost are only estimates but for this to happen two years in a row is very frustrating and what's even more disappointing was how the office staff handled the call for a returning customer.

Fixed it late at night so we didn’t have to get a hotel room.

What a great company! Jorge was awesome came in and fixed my problem quickly, he was very friendly. Very enjoyable to have a conversation with. Will always use them as our plumber.

After suffering through another hot day at our house (which never had AC previously installed), my husband called Comfort by Design one afternoon to ask about getting new AC installed. The person he spoke with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. We went forward with scheduling a time for someone to come out and give an estimate. Scott came out, talked about his company, his employees, and products. We liked his views on customer service as well as his appreciation of his employees. He knows that everyone in the company is vital to its overall success.

Installation of our new AC went very smoothly. Jeremy and Anthony were polite and hard-working. They showed up on time, got right to work, and always had a smile. We liked the great communication they had with us from start to finish. Also, thanks guys for putting up with our dogs!! We had a great experience with Comfort by Design during all phases, and we would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone who wants the BEST! Thank you all!

I contacted Father Daughter for help with installing 3 toilets and checking a few drains that were slow and problematic. I was scheduled the following week and Chris showed up on time and ready to work! He was very professional and quickly assessed my installation and equipment. Within 90 minutes Chris was done installing the 3 toilets and they looked and worked perfectly.

Then Chris went to work on my drains. He kindly educated me on how to clean the p-trap on 2 sinks. He looked at my showers and recommended a product from the hardware store instead of charging me to try and snake it out since he said it would not work well. He then cleared out all trash and old toilets.

Really, the entire process was flawless. I'll call Father Daughter Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The gentleman sent to fix my backed up toilet, not onlyfix the recurring clog, he worked to discover why it kept happening. He not only found it he carefully and meticulously fix the pipe that had previously been installed out of alighnment. During this time he was polite and professional. He also took the time to explain (with photos) what was wrong and how he would fix it. I highly recommend this company and this employee.

I called them to come out and give me a 2nd apounin on some bad pipes under my cemented floor.the site I went to said no trip fees,te guy shows up says theirs a 49 doller fee then refused to give me a estimate with out charging me a $250 .00 camara fee, when I need 15ft of strait pipe under the foundation. So pretty much taking advantage of me.so I gave him his trip fee and told him to kick rocks.to bad tho.rooter is gunna get 8k from me.and they wont.vary bad service I do not recommend and they refused to call me back on my complaint.
