They provided an estimate that was fair and well presented. They responded in a timely fashion to our additional questions. When it came to the work that was done it was done on time for the quoted price and the work men were professional and friendly. We intend to continue to work with them and would recommend them to others.

Very nice when Mike came to give us an estimate but then his office staff kept giving excuse after excuse as to why I didn't Gey our estimate.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

I had AC/Furnace maintenance done along with replacing the run capacitor and flame sensor. David was very thorough, professional, and friendly. He did a great job of explaining everything he was doing along the way. Prices were good. I highly recommend!

I woke up to 56 degrees in my house. My furnace went out during the night. They came promptly and replaced ignitor and all was good. Heat again yay! I called CMS because I wanted to support a business owned by a military veteran. God bless to all that fight for our freedom. God bless the USA!

He understood what we wanted and what we needed. He as very thorough cleaning all the supply and return vents. He took his time and I didn't feel he rushed through each one of them. He kept the same pace from start to finish and was there a whole day because of the attention to detail he dedicated to our home. When I asked to explain the process of what he was doing, he politely stopped and explained. Even though they charge a little more than average (reason for not giving the last star), I would still recommend them. Thanks Brett M. for a job well done.

Had a great experience initially with a nice lady (Bella I believe is her name) who setup an appointment for a solar evaluation in my home. After that I got no response after they FAILED to show up for the appointment. Unprofessional.
