Overall I am very satisfied. The products installed are quality and are working perfectly. However on the original install day, the electrician showed up without the correct parts. I was told he'd be there the next morning at a certain time but was 45 minutes late the next day without informing me. I had to call customer service to see what was going on & where the techs were. I understand things happen but I think the customer should be given a courtesy call. Also my thermostat seems to possibly be malfunctioning and I've called in 3 separate times only to not receive a call back. I even spoke with someone today (Saturday) and was told he would get back with me on Monday. The products are great but so far I'm not impressed with the customer service.

They did a fantastic job and the cost was less than expected. They even fixed a few other minor unrelated issues and didn't charge for them. I'll be calling them again if I experience any further problems.

Where amazing they stayed late and got the job done such respectful young men they did a wonderful job and made a bad being ( not their doing) good in the end I’d absolutely use smith’s again with workers like that I also had a Spicket repaired a couple weeks earlier and the guys who came to repair were amazing as well I don’t remember their names but very courteous and respectful and nice and explained everything they were doing as well great company only had one hiccup with paperwork and finally decided to call the office instead of the quote guy and the office got it all fixed in a snap they made everything fall into place and absolutely did an amazing job I’m definitely keeping this plumbing company in my phone they are amazing and compassionate and understanding in a difficult situation it really bites when unfortunately your water heater goes out in the winter and they worked with us and made it happen thank you smiths for hiring great people and doing a wonderful job Neil Nissen has also been amazing getting things took care of ac up and running again

Lucas and his son came out to my house to fix a small leak and found that we also needed to install a Pressure Regulator Valve. They did an excellent job.

They were professional and great at communication. Gave me a fair price and explained the process completely and throughly.

I will definitely be using them again for any type of plumbing issues I encounter in the future.

Our sewer system was clogged and some water flowed back up through the showers and toilets. Initially, we called Rotor Rooter and they did come out quickly, but were unable to fix the problem. They did come out the next morning but came up with an extreme price quote.
Decided to call Rooter Town and they gave us a quote for a more step-by-step approach and started with the least amount possible for the job. Thankfully, we were able to solve the problem with the first step. Our technician, Caleb was fantastic! Very polite, professional, dependable and honest. I would highly recommend this company.

As a result of my recent experience with Comfort By Design I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I bumped into Kevin, a Master Plumber with Comfort By Design, by chance at Home Depot and told him the issue I was having with my kitchen faucet and how frustrated I was after learning my faucet manufacturer had discontinued the model I had installed new in my kitchen nearly 15 years ago. I showed him a picture of the faucet while pointing to the areas that leak, and he diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix right there in the main aisle of the North Academy Home Depot. The fix was beyond what I felt comfortable doing, so he gave me his card and suggested I call the service desk and set up an appointment. Kevin and Judge showed up at the scheduled time and were courteous and professional throughout the service call. They had the problem resolved and the area clean and neat in minimal time and now my faucet operates like a brand new system. The rate they charged was VERY reasonable. I WILL be using them again.
