I simply ask for the same level of service I saw growing up that in this day and age seems gone. We got an estimate for a panel upgrade. We then held off until around December when they called for a discount. We were happy for the adjustment. We set up a date to do the work. I took a week off of work to prepare on our end. The day of the appointment the technician basically did a second estimate and quoted 1500 more for the job. And they were unable to do the job during my time off. They charged the entire amount before the work was done and then began the process of scheduling CSU to disconnect and for me to be off work. The technician showed up with zero material and had to go back out in bad weather to get it. Then began the technician giving us estimates of when the work would be done. First it was 4 pm. At 8pm we were told 2 separate times that it would be another 40 minutes. I understand that there are many factors that can contribute to extending out the job, but just be real and say it may take some more time. Don't quote exact times while my house is powerless on the coldest day of the year. Now we are on day 2 and hopefully this will be over. The manger did say he would work on our cost so that is where we are at. I wish I could be more satisfied having just spent 4000 grand, but we don't. I believe this will ultimately be resolved, however to say it has been less than a nightmare, would be a lie.

I had two spigots leaking/dripping. Ed was the best! He came in the time frame I was given. I had already tried to fix them because it's usually an easy job. Unfortunately, mine required replacement and I already knew this. Ed made sure first that the issue wasn't fixable. He did an amazing job and explained everything to me. The pricing was definitely lower than other companies had quoted me. He also threw in a military discount over that as well :) Great service and a job well done! I would definitely recommend this company and Ed.

Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. I had a great experience with B&L. Specifically Rick and Chase were assigned to my request. I had 3 different plumbing issues that needed attention. B&L responded same day and scheduled service. They fixed all issues within 2 hours and were very transparent on their repairs. Price was also lower than expected. I just found my only plumber service company for sure. Thanks!

Had a bad clog in our bathtub drain. Called these guys and was sent Kyle. Not only was he extremely quick and professional, he served us with a smile the whole time even dealing with a ridiculous crawl space and rain. This man needs a raise....

We called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday to come out and fix a plumbing problem we had. They scheduled it between 6 and 8 pm which was fine however we had to pay a $99 fee up front for them to come out on a weekend day. They did not come sunday and called at 5 pm to say their call center was overbooking them and I was not the only person they had to call and cancel on. I'm sure they had to pay the $99 dollar fee as well. I think that is very unprofessional that they don't have a proper system of the way they work. They are suppose to refund the money however it has not happened yet! We ended up going through Roto Rooter! I am very displeased with Mr. Rooter and would not recommend them to anyone!

Technician was great. Scheduling not so good--got canceled twice, and on 3rd appt I'd been assured I'd be first of afternoon (I had to meet at rental and wait in car), but that didn't happen, got service 1 1/2 hours later than promised.
