We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). They were able to come out within 2 hours of my call and James was very professional and did great work.

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

They unclog my sink toilet and shower in one go their running so smoothly now. I feel more comfortable and more aware when using them. Only took two hours it was so good to know I could take a shower at the end of the day after they finish.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! From the moment I called this company to the moment they pulled out of the driveway, every single interaction with every employee was incredibly professional! I had sewage backing up into my basement bathtub at my mountain property- I thought it was a septic system issue and called the folks who last pumped my septic tank. They told me it was likely a clog, and recommended Affordable Rooter. I called their office and the person who answered my call was very friendly and scheduled my appointment for later that day. The crew arrived at the scheduled time (Troy and Matt). It turned out to be a bit more complicated than a simple clog, but they confidently knew what was going on and took care of the clog. They both explained everything that they were doing, and were very helpful in answering all of my questions- no matter how strange they were! These are good people. Shane O'Meara (good old Irish name) is genuine , kind, respectful , honest, fair , thorough , humble, and an admirable and adorable young man. We had someone come out to install a dual valve between our sink and dishwasher. We were charged a total of $313 for 10 minutes of work. The guy screwed a valve in, reconnected lines, and left. We were absolutely overcharged and taken advantage of by this business. The $79 trip/diagnosis fee is more understandable, but the remaining charges of over $200 is completely unethical.

I was very impressed with Alphalete Plumbing & Heat's response time and professionalism! Our sewer system was clogged and some water flowed back up through the showers and toilets. Initially, we called Rotor Rooter and they did come out quickly, but were unable to fix the problem. They did come out the next morning but came up with an extreme price quote.
Decided to call Rooter Town and they gave us a quote for a more step-by-step approach and started with the least amount possible for the job. Thankfully, we were able to solve the problem with the first step. Our technician, Caleb was fantastic! Very polite, professional, dependable and honest. I would highly recommend this company.
