Affordable came out and charged a diag fee and insisted that my unit needed a new compressor and needed to be replaced. They lied outright. It was only a contactor. Another company fixed it in minutes.Call the other hvac companies in town. They have quite the reputation. I’ve been told that they pay their techs exclusively ob commission and spend more time on sales training than technical training.This behavior is criminal fraud. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to prove. Since they can claim incompetence rather than fraud when it comes down to it.

Excellent job! Came out fixed my main line i called him back the same day, he came back fixed my washer line for free as it turned out to be a different problem. While my girlfriend was having a baby in the next room only plumber i’ll use.

While it wasn’t news we were hoping to hear, they were very fair and willing to work with us and our budget. Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. HVAC Solutions is the best! We have used them for over 15 years to service our mechanical units. Three years ago, the team installed a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. The service professionals always take great care in your home, wearing booties to not track dirt and take all trash items with them. This is an excellent company started by J.D. He re-did a job that a handyman company referred by Home Depot messed up so badly. When he was finished, it looked exactly how I had wanted it to. The price was very fair and he cleaned up after the job was finished. We have a plumber for life now! I'll never call anyone else!

I really can't say enough great things about this company. This is the second time we've used them.
First time for a furnace replacement & this time for a water heater replacement.
They made room on their busy schedule to replace a water heater that went bad. I let them know we have out of town guests coming and 3 hours after I made the call, we have a new one.

I called around for someone to come out to take a look at our sump pump and water heater and they had an appointment within days and on a weekend! Wirenut was the only electric company to do a thorough exam of my electrical box & quote me a price that meets the new regional building codes. Brian came out today to upgrade my box, meet the code requirements & put in a 220 outlet for my Mustang Mach E. He was very professional & friendly. He stayed late until the job was complete. He answered all questions we asked him. I will continue to use Wirenut for all of my household needs.

It seriously doesn't get any better than this! Called and got a quote and a time they could install a new water heater. Had some planning to do so I called back a couple hours later and they scheduled the following day. Matt showed up exactly when he stated he would and got to work within minutes and within an hour we had a new water heater installed :) Professional, efficient, clean and reasonably priced. Used their emergency after hours service for additional fee of $200. After 3 hours and a $300 part was told they could not fix the issue. Service man was polite but dishonest in telling us he waived his charge for his time. The part replaced was $30 on the manufacturer website. Feel taken advantage of.
