Mark saved our night! My friends and I are first time homeowners so finding a leaking PT valve and water damage was extremely distressing. Especially at 11:30 pm at night. I called five other “24 hour emergency” plumbers and none could come until the am or even a week later. Additionally they also refused to give quotes. We needed it fixed now due to the water damage and increased leaking causing mold/constant container dumping. He was here within an hour and had it fixed/ready to go in less then an hour. He also gave an honest quote and it was one flat charge. No hidden fees or trickery. I used to have family members help me so moving from them was hard and I know I can count on mark now. I was also uncomfortable having someone in my home late as someone who usually has family help with maintenance but mark was friendly and I will 100% be contacting him again for all home plumbing needs and such. Stephen helped us today and really educated us on maintenance and showed us how to clean our sink drains properly. We have used this company for mainline repairs previously and they were fair and prompt to work with.

Antonio with Master Rooter just came out to replace a shut off valve in the basement for my sprinkler system. Wow- Antonio was so honest that he told me that I didn't need a replacement. I will always call Master Rooter from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Technician was rude, unprofessional and told us that certain parts were going to be repaired but didn't actually do it then told our warranty company they did. When he came back a second time, after it stopped working, again, he said all he can do is turn up the heat to 150 (which can burn skin) and essentially told us to f*ck off as he walked out the door. Now, we're stuck with lukewarm water in the middle of Winter, I'm pregnant and out $100 for it to be fixed but never happened. Save yourself a world of frustration and anger and choose another contractor.
