We bought a new to us home in March and had low water pressure. We had CSU come out to check the water pressure and we were told we needed new water regulators. A friend recommended Leo's so we called them up. The gentleman who came was prompt. He checked the water pressure (which I'm starting to think he did incorrectly since he did it differently than CSU and plumbing company #2) and said the person from CSU had no idea what he was talking about (and continued to bad mouth csu which I found very unprofessional) bc the water pressure was fine and that we most likely needed new water fixtures since they were probably gunked up from being newly installed. He changed my shower head, charged the service call fee and cost of the shower head and went on his way. Recently had another plumbing issue and called another company to avoid the $88 call fee and had them check the water pressure as well,turns out we in fact do need new regulators as our water pressure read was as low as 5 and had a high of 8!!! Turns out 1 regulator is so bad the 2nd regulator is picking up the slack and had an astronomical pressure reading. Sure glad I didn't waste money buying all new water fixtures since that was not the problem and very lucky the bad regulator had not failed yet otherwise I would probably be needing to replace all fixtures and then some.

Great company to work with. Been here since 1974. Leaky sinks, toilets anything you need.

Had these guys come out and replace my main sewer line since the clay had broke and was backing up in my crawl space. Guys showed up on time, were professional, really a bunch of good guys. They also did it for what I feel, was a good price. I will definitely have them do any other plumbing stuff I might need. Highly recommend!

Austin was able to get to our house quickly on a Saturday night and get the main sewer line usable. Two days later, the line was repaired and working fully again. Awesome employees who are honest and friendly.

Mark was a pleasure to work with, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some great advise on how to avoid future issues. We had a clogged sewer line and mark used ingenuity and skill to remove some large root balls out of our sewer. I could not be more happy with the work he did. Excellent, fast, friendly, affordable. Our pressure regulator broke and Jeff replaced it. He also spent a few minutes reinforcing the pipe supports to prevent the issue from recurring, for no additional charge. If anything else breaks I'm messaging Jeff first.

Whenever I used my washer, my downstairs shower drain would back up. I called Flow Right and they sent their tech Daniel within an hour after I called. He was knowledgeable, polite and took care of the problem in record time. The price was reasonable and I will certainly call Flow Right again for my plumbing needs.

This company might do good work, but I wouldn't know. I tried to hire them to inspect my sprinkler system and confirmed an appointment, however they just never showed up. I tried to call and left a message to see where they were at or if they were showing up, but nobody answered the phone or called back until an hour after the time frame given. If they needed to cancel a phone call out of courtesy would have been nice instead of me arranging my whole day around their time frame they said they would show up.
