We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

I ran into issues with a DIY hot water heater replacement and called D&L for help. They were one of the few who had same day availability.

The plumber D&L sent, John, was on time, well prepared, and very knowledgeable of hot water heater installs and codes. He knew the tricks I expect from a true professional and easily resolved the issues that derailed me. He also brought my gas feed line up to code since he was in there.

I have used a different plumbing company every time I have had a problem, but after this positive experience, I will be calling D&L first.

I feel like I was taken advantage of by Mr. Rooter... Had a blockage in my pipe on a Saturday, called Mr. Rooter since they didn't have an after hours fee. They came out and couldn't snake it, so had to get a camera. Then after camera work, said it was solid buildup and would have to be trenched to clear and install access ports. Needed to be able to use the plumbing so $6k later they call and say my sewer pipe is not straight and might fail so it's going to be another $12k to install a lining. The $6k was bad enough, I tell them I'm not sure I can do another $12k. So he talks to the boss and suddenly it's only $8k (another company later quoted $6k). So now I'm wondering if the $6k they originally charged me was also exorbitant and I should have told them no so they could have dropped a couple thousand off...I thought they were being nice by dropping $400 and applying what I had already paid, but very expensive lesson learned.

Awesome service! Called at 6:45am...was told between 8 and 10 and he was there at 8:10. Got right to it and found it was the kitchen sink drain. Unclogged and finished in less then 20 min. Will definitely use again with any future problems.

Great service! Jason is very professional, responsive, and honest. He saved our water heater when the company the warranty wanted us to use tried to cheat us out of hundreds of dollars. Wish we had called him the first time! We will definitely use this company again :)
