We have used Affordable for multiple services over the last 15 years. Two nights ago our furnace called it quits and died. Andreas came out that day and discussed multiple options to fix our situation. We made a decision, parts ordered and the next day Tony and Eric wasted no time installing our new system. Both of them were professional, courteous and did not leave until the job was done, a thorough tutorial was provided about the products and all questions were answered with great attention to detail. Serviced my furnace and did great. Offers enough services to get my house in tip top condition. With the service and honesty of their technician they sure do give you a bang for the buck. Had anthony and he gave me tips on how to maintain the system properly which as a first time home buyer i needed. they even quoted me multiple packages for upgrades on the spot and at reasonable prices. Veteran owned and veteran friendly. Ill be using their service more often.Had plumbing and HVAC work done recently thus the reazon for this edit. The techs were proffesional and friendly to questions I had about the equipment. Helping me ease my concerns and also being transparent so i am not caught off guard when another component may be needed or when something goes wrong or on for too long. No issues really popped up but they still kept me in the loop just in case.

I hired Parkey's replace my hot-water heater. I have an old house that doesn't have a drain in the utility closet but the team at Parkey's found an alternate solution to safely empty the hot-water heater and replace it. They were fast and very clear in communication. Highly recommended!

This rating is from myself & my daughter Theresa Nicholas (home owner) and involved a recall from a service call 2 days ago, different Tech. The Pueblo Tech who fixed this issue, water heater repair, was Greg M. He arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & proposed fix, returned promptly from shop with required part & upgrade, installed new,upgraded Thermocouple, determined root causes to the water heater, even took pictures with his phone to explain to me what he found, cleaned, modified to prevent recurrence, and returned water heater to service. All this within 1st min. labor hour charge! Fully explained what he did, parts replaced & why, and pointers for future, trouble free operation. Also, we were given a Discount since this was a re-call. Greg M. is an Outstanding Tech, ultra professional, followed PPE requirements, timely & skilled. They gentlemen that came out were courteous and punct...the value of they ac systems was fair but they are the only company I called that chared a fee to give an estimate....little disappointed there.

Personal and desirous to do a good job. Used for 4 yrs. Also installed a sump pump.

They are very professional and do both commercial and residential we use them for commercial application. They worked diligently with the City of Lakewood to ensure that we were all up to code. If any issues of came up they were easily and quickly communicated to the main office and the plumber. The work was done on time and within budget. We were very pleased.
