Best Commercial Air Conditioning Service in Colorado Springs CO

Called them on a Friday inquiring about inspecting and flushing my water heater. Had someone at my house on Tuesday, and took care of things! The service guy (Gage) was kind enough to let me shadow him, and even explain things to me as I asked questions. He even spent a few extra minutes after the flush to clean out the aerators in a few of the older sinks at my house. Small details that definitely make a big first impression! Will definitely be contacting them for my future needs, thank you!!

This company is great for communicating their plans and following through with those plans. It was harder than I expected to find a company to work on gas lines, but I am glad we found Western Peak Plumbing. We'll be using them again.

So I had Smith plumbing and heating come out for a quote on a replacement water heater. They were luckyI wasn’t home and my husband dealt with him and hewas leaving as I pulled up. Not only did they give us the highest quote I’ve gotten so far, over $3k, let’s tLk about the sediment trap for a second. Now I know exactly what it is, why it’s important, and oh my gosh is it in the wrong spot ( by that point I’d spoken to 7 other water heater experts). Anyway, he told my husband that just the sediment trap itself wouldcost $900, so first of all google, Lowe’s, Home Depot and those seven plumbers I had mentioned all told me that installing (part included) would cost MAX $100 should guys are charging a 800% mark up, all I can say is wow, you should be ashamed of yourself

Our backflow device was leaking which caused it to flood the office. We called Alphalete and they sent out Diego the same day to take a look at it. He quoted us almost half the price of another company and started the work the next day. He was on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. Master Rooter schedulers Felicity and Sharmane were very responsive and provided a sewer technician who came to the home on Sunday for a clean out and scope as part of the inspection for a real estate transaction. The technician who came, Frank, was excellent in his ability to provide a clear line with the mini jetter technology to clear the build up from the washing machine. He was professional and cleanliness was evident as he took pride in clearing the line to acceptable standards so it is functioning properly. He was immediately able to provide a USB for the video of the post cleaning/ clear sewer line. I will recommend them to all of my clients who need their sewer lines cleaned and cleared!
