Best Commercial Air Conditioning Repair in Colorado Springs CO

This was the best plumbing company experience I have ever had. The plumbing technician, Curt, was outstanding in the truest sense of that word. He was courteous, articulate, conscious that he had been working outside and thus careful to not track dirt into the house...simply a cut above. And he did the job fast and with skill. I would highly recommend Affordable to anyone without reservation.

BE AWARE!! They will send you a letter of Intent to put a LIEN ON YOUR HOME BEFORE SENDING YOU AN INVOICE.We had a plumber come to our home in February 2020. At that time we were informed by the service technician, Joshua, that no payment was due.In May, we had an electrician come to our house and were not informed that any payment was due.In October 2020, we were sent a letter stating they were going to put a lien on our home for an outstanding balance. A balance that we were NEVER notified we had. If One Source had reviewed our account, they would have found that we ALWAYS paid for their services at the time of the appointment. When we called to find out why we received the letter to put a lien on our home, we were informed that IT IS THEIR POLICY to send this type of letter instead of contacting the customer and notifying them of an outstanding balance. What type of business does this??? Obviously, one that does not care about their customers. They lost our business and the business of our family and friends. If I were you, I would be looking for a different business to help you.One other item to let people know. We asked for a technician to come out to look at a leaking toilet. (A toilet that One Source had previous changed the wax ring). Instead of a technician, they sent a sales person to come to our house who tried to tell us that the lifespan of a toilet is 5-10 years. I feel bad for anyone that believes this line. Please do your homework and get multiple opinions if anyone informs you that you need to replace your toilets every 5-10 years. Remarks like that show you should not be in this business.

Great service. Other plumber cancelled the day the disposal was to be installed. Todd responded to my phone message quickly and told me he could do the job that day after all his other jobs (this was the day before Thanksgiving). He was unable to complete his other jobs until 9:00 that night so he offered to come at 8;00 AM the next day (Thanksgiving!). He arrived as promised and did the job quickly. I doubt any other plumber would have gone the extra mile.

Had leak in supply pipe to sprinkler system. Angel did a great job repairing the leak!

Know exactly what their doing

Called Olson to repair hot water heater on Friday. Sent out tech Friday, after 2 hours determined the control was bad, also that there should have been a sediment trap and told me he'd return on Saturday. Tech called me from local parts store to get serial and model number, once gave it to him he said he could not do the repair because it was under warranty under a different vender and we would not be charged for Fridays visit. We decided to forget the warranty and have Olson install a new one, they said they would install it Tuesday. Tuesday was installation day, billing was as follows $1299 for water heater, $240 expansion tank, $65 valves, $24 tees, then labor charges 2 hours for the Friday (overtime rate), the 1 1/2 hour for Saturdays 15 minute phone call (overtime rate), 1 hour reg rate for Tuesday GRAND TOTAL $2372.06 for A 40 gal hot water heater. Something just doesn't ADD up. Plus tech did not install the highly recommended sediment trap.

Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

Monica was wonderful from my first call at 8:01am she was friendly, professional. Monica got me into the daily schedule when a cancellation occured.Kade our technician came on time, he explained thoroughly everything he was doing and why. He worked tirelessly to be sure everything was done correctly and perfect working order before he finished.. I will continue to use Parkeys and recommend them to others.

Had a pipe spring a small leak in utility closet last night. Called a couple of plumbers to see if someone could come over in the morning to change out the leaking pipe. Alphalete said they would have someone here between 10 to 12. Chris showed up at 10:30. He analyzed problem right away and after picking up necessary parts, was able to fix leaking pipes in 15 minutes. Price was affordable. All together very happy with Alphalete service

The Tech was sent to our Apartments for an evening No Heat service call. Myself and another tenant seemed to be the only ones with no heat. The Dispatcher called to say the Tech would arrive in 30 minutes or less and advised me to watch for him. He arrived around 8pm. I showed him my non-working heat radiators and my neighbors apt, then showed him where the Mechanical room was. He said he'd take care of it from there and he did! In less than an hour we had heat and no problems since then. Thank you for the your great service, Mike's!

David Vinson and David Hurst came out to get my heating working again, they both did a great job. Professional and very nice to have over!

Ralph and Mike were so very professional and courteous during their visit. They serviced my tankless water heater and helped me understand the system.

My husband uses BullsEye at his company Rainbow International, he has been very pleased with them. I called them to service my furnace at our condo and John was great.
We are in the process of getting our Furnace and A/C replaced and BullsEye will be our go to.

These guys are great! Great customer service and dedication to making sure the issue with my furnace was fixed and fixed correctly. Their pricing is fair and their professionalism is outstanding. I feel like having the name, Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical, we were charged a lot. 4 new outlets ran me 1200, originally they wanted 1700. The job took them 2.25 hours, but I was charged for 3. I feel like I got screwed when it comes to hourly labor. On the invoice extra things were added that never occurred either. They did a good job, but they know how to milk you for that money.
