Best Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

They came out to our house to quote us for a basic bathtub connection after a tile job in two bathrooms. We were told we would need to cut out the floors and change our the pipes for $4500. We knew this was outrageous.We got a second opinion and $400 later, the job was done (thanks to B&L plumbing) without any major work. We have heard since then that this company is under new management and is overcharging people like crazy. Stay away.

I just want to say that this company did a fantastic job. Got an A/C, new furnace and humidifier installed. Installation took one full day the only thing left is high voltage for my A/C. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Everyone was polite and incredibly helpful through the entire process.

Outstanding. We have had HVAC Solutions come to our business to assist us with our HVAC units. 2 of the Units are 41 years old! They diagnosed the problems (one of which is old units), supplied us with alternatives and assisted us. I am not one to speak about pricing. To some cheap is what they want and then will complain about receiving bad results. I believe in value and that is what I have received from the tech's who came to our facility. With 3 units that went out all at the same time, they were expediate, kind, and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem at professional rates. We appreciate them and will utilize them again.

We had an inspector come look at my water heater. He told me there wasn't a gas valve (turns out there was). It took 6 weeks of phone calls and emails to have someone come replace said gas valve. That was scheduled for 9am... They didn't show up, instead they sent someone out here 5 hours later who said gas valve is fine but your vents aren't big enough and a pipe is 1in too long (he also had to mention that a customer is now without heat because he was pulled from a job to come to mine). Apparently its my fault that they can't meet the schedule they make. I said I'll just remove the door to fix said vent problem just cut the 1in pipe... 2 months to get them to take 5 minutes to cut 1in from a pipe, 170 dollars and finally ready for the city to inspect a damn water heater.

Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

The install team did an amazing job removing and replacing the system quickly. They took time to explain the system and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Parkey's!

Sam came out to diagnose our air conditioning. He was very friendly and personable. He explained everything and got the electrician set up quickly so we could safely move forward in the work that needed to be done.

I have used this company in multiple homes from small quick jobs to replacing a water heater and taking it tankless. No matter the project they are professional, beyond courteous, and when they do a job it lasts. I couldn't speak more highly of David and his team. I wont go anywhere else now that I have CMS.

I called Master Rooter Plumbing to clean and tune my AC unit. They came within a couple days and did a great job. I had trouble getting my unit to kick on so I called again and the tech who did the cleaning called me on his day off to walk me through how to turn the unit back on. They were very responsive and I will definitely call them again for future needs.
