Ed is always very courteous, honest and quickly solves any problems we have had. We had him put in a gas line for a new fireplace & the location for it proved to be complicated. He went down to the city planning/permit office to ask questions, to be sure he could do what he thought before presenting us his plan/estimate and was present for all inspections. This is the absolute best company, hands down, in Colorado Springs! We moved to Colorado Springs last August (2020), and after being here a few months, one of our water heaters quit working. Josh & Justin came out to change the water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable and the absolute best company we could have called to take care of the job. They will be the only company we go to for any plumbing and/or heating problems - a company that has integrity and is honest! I cannot recommend them enough!

Did great job. Expedient. Friendly. Gave price for new Hot Water Heater and installation and that was what the bill was- not a penny more; included tax, permit and inspection. And he installed a good heater- not a cheap low end heater. Call him, not Home Depot!

Team Plumbing fixed a garden faucet for my home that was broken from being over tightened. Less than 20 minutes, the broken plastic parts were replaced by brass fixtures and works fantastic. My installer, Brandon, did an excellent job in such a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. Jason really know his stuff! I am so glad to have a plumber to call that I can have confidence in. His pricing is fair, he always shows up when he says he's going to, he does thorough but quick work. Diego was awesome!! Made sure I understood what the charge was beforehand. He made sure he made a second appointment to finish the work as he didn’t have the specific part needed in his van. This was on a Saturday. He worked and quickly determined what the issue was. He was awesome and so was the company. Always keeping in touch on his arrival time, when he was on his way from the appointment before mine. The dispatch people were very courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and specifically ask for Diego if I need further work done.

Plumbing technician Randy was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. He ran a camera to scope our main sewer drain. He showed me video of his findings of where the line had been broken for quite some time. A few days later he had a quote for the cost of having the line repaired. Was very happy with his service
