They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! From the moment I called this company to the moment they pulled out of the driveway, every single interaction with every employee was incredibly professional! I had sewage backing up into my basement bathtub at my mountain property- I thought it was a septic system issue and called the folks who last pumped my septic tank. They told me it was likely a clog, and recommended Affordable Rooter. I called their office and the person who answered my call was very friendly and scheduled my appointment for later that day. The crew arrived at the scheduled time (Troy and Matt). It turned out to be a bit more complicated than a simple clog, but they confidently knew what was going on and took care of the clog. They both explained everything that they were doing, and were very helpful in answering all of my questions- no matter how strange they were! Toilets were flushing slowly and one was leaking around the base.Mr. Bishop arrived as scheduled, checked with a neighbor who also had a plumber over to make sure it wasn't a city issue then proceeded to correct the problem. This is an older house and I was concerned the drain was collapsing or had becomer misaligned due to expremely cold weather, but l luckily it was only paper.They use a camera which showed the scale in the cast iron section and explained how it can be corrected by adding an outside access point and removing the scale.We will probably have this done when the weather improves.This service is higher than a simple clean out but the peace of mind is well worth the cost.Update 10.3.2021: Had a kitchen sink drain line cleaned and once again the service was prompt and professional. Great company with great employees.
