Kelby installed my hot water heater in a good timely fashion. Kelby was very professional and thoroughly explained everything as far as steps and procedures if we had problems or any other questions I give him five stars

This guy was horrendous! He came out to fix a partially blocked line at my elderly parents house. He got the block cleared and left them with a crawlspace full of raw sewage with no suggestions for clean up. He just said he didn't do that part of the job. We had another company (Olsens) come in and camera the line. Come to find out the line was not clear as he said it was. We called him back to fulfill his guarantee. He did come back but got frustrated when his equipment broke and left mad not fulfilling any guarantee. Don't use this guy, you will regret it! Call reputable Olsens!

Fast and reliable service. We had a couple of leaking faucets and instead of just fixing the faucets, they went to the root of the problem. Our water pressure was too high and they fixed that and the leaking stopped immediately. They were very professional. And they wore masks.

I am very pleased with Lujan PSI. They arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me alternatives to stop the leak. I chose to go with a new disposal which had metal mounting parts rather than plastic ones that were part of the replaced disposal. They will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

We have used HVAC Solutions for our annual inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system since moving here 11 years ago. This year it was time to get a new heating system, and later in the summer when we could afford it, get A/C installed as well. Jason came to our home, looked at our existing system, took measurements and gave us our options promptly. They performed the install on time for both units. Both units also require an outside inspection post install, and the inspector had minor issues that needed addressing; they scheduled dates to perform these repairs very promptly and the follow-up inspection was approved. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Nathan and Joseph were very professional and knowledgeable in installing our new boiler. The office personal (Tania and Rebecca) were always pleasant on the phone and willing to help. Tania even delivered a late-arriving part to the installers so that the installation could be completed in one day. Thanks to everyone at Oak View Mechanical.

I scheduled just an AC tune up. After 2 hours of HARD SELLING...the must have package for a mere $6k ???? I’m not sure my equipment even got the tune up. My unit is 5 years old and somehow the tech found all kinds of issues that need to be resolved. After repeatedly telling him I HAVE NO MONEY FOR AN EXPENSIVE UPGRADE, he told me my cost was $129. When I told him the cost quoted to me when I scheduled it was $49, which he did find in the notes, he seemed a bit put out. I’ve never used this company...they apparently bought out the company I used to use. I do not feel good about this service/transaction.

Tom and Jordan did an excellent job installing the new Lennox A/C unit. As first time homebuyers, they were able to offer very useful advise and remained professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Parkey's and Tom or Jordan for the installation.

I have a 20 year old heated flooring system that suddenly stopped working this winter. Bob diagnosed the issues and made the repairs at convenient times for my schedule. My floors are heating nicely once again!

Suddenly everything in our house was backed up. I called Flow Right and they immediately came out. Cope had everything running within about an hour and a half. He was super helpful and professional.

Terrible Experience. Will Never Call Affordable Plumbing Heating and Electrical Company AGAIN.
I found out the New Owner of the Company has no experience in this field. He better learn quickly how to take care of customers. He will wake up some morning and have no customers. It's not all about how much you can charge and get away with. Kendall was the technician. His supervisor's name was Tony. Was not listening to my statements. Only
made excuses why were having the same problem as of July 19th 2022. Only approx. 11 months after spending $1100.00 with the company.

Nathan and Neal were very polite and professional and explained the situation very well. Nathan was very patient with all our questions and the company even put our emergency ahead of a regular customer.. the discount they gave us was very much appreciated and didn't go unnoticed...thank you!

These folks are AWESOME! We have used them for 17 years. Three years ago our furnace died in the middle of winter. Home Heating got out here and installed a new furnace within 2 days. last week our water heater went out. HH was here and new water heater installed the same day. Kind and courteous repairmen and very excellent customer service in the office. They sent US a thank you goodie gift basket for gosh sakes!Thanks again guys!

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS.... I WOULD!!!!!

A Technician comes to my house and treats me awful, refuses to listen to my concerns and proceeds to walk through my house without covering shoes...
First of all, he broke the clean out pipe in our crawl space!
Then instead of calling for help, he places a grocery bag over the pipe.
We do not hear back from the guy... So I harass my Landlord... Landlord gets the guy to come back and he is worse than before. He argues with my neighbor and then goes into the crawl space and sticks a cap on the pipe, cross-threaded and wrong size. He then walks through the house and tracks fecal matter onto my carpet. So I harass the Landlord... Landlord sends out a real nice guy, from a different company, who informs me the TECHNICIAN FROM AROUND THE CLOCK LEFT RAW SEWAGE DOWN THERE!!!! AND THEN TELLS ME THE PIPE IS CRACKED.... I am sure my Landlord paid double for everything to be fixed. If I were a homeowner, I would be SOOOO PISSED OFF

Want cheap??.... oh you're gonna get cheap!!! Have you ever heard: You get what you pay for? These guys have MASTERED IT!!!!

Don't waste your time or money calling a company who will not listen to your concerns, who will break things and never fix them, who will track fecal matter on your flooring and who ignores your calls.
