Best Water Main Repairs in Cleveland OH

I called for a appointment they said they would be at my house at 8am to 12pm. I cancelled my appointments to be there and never showed up. I called them twice with in the 4 hours they said they would be with in the next few hours. I called back at 1157am. He said it he don't know when they will be there. I told him to for get it. They called me back for the next day. Can you believe that!!!!!!! Don't trust them. THEY WILL NEVER SHOW. WASTE OF DAY. COAT ME $300.00

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. After learning of a constant low level water leak I was referred to Free Flow.I called them at noon and Nick arrived by 3:30. I found him to be personable, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable. There were actually two seperate leaks in need of repair. Working until after six on a Friday night he both repairs completed by 6:30.

We contracted Killeen to do the plumbing rough in and plumbing finishes for a master bathroom addition. Even though the project was complex given our house didn't original have a master bath Anthony executed the plumbing work with care and professionalism. Anthony did a awesome job during this entire project.

Needed a sewer line cleanout. I've consulted with the city and other plumbers, and Ian from Pompeii's took the time to thoroughly inform me of the issue, and was able to resolve it and recommend future action in a non-sales-pressure way. He also pointed out some other situations that were helpful to know about. It was a very difficult rootball, but Ian and Chris persevered and took care of it. I'm a happy customer.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking terribly. The home warranty service sent out Cleveland Plumbing Guy who recommended a faucet replacement. They came out on a Thursday and we had a call the next day to install a new one.Fast and friendly service who went the extra mile. Recommend them.

I had a gas leak emergency and called around to 5 companies. 3/5 called me back after NE already fixed the issue (5 hours later) and 1/5 was more expensive.
NE arrived on time, Bill did excellent work and charged me what they quoted.
Very happy with my service and will call if I ever need plumbing assistance again.

One of there plumbers told us we needed a hot water heater. While he was there he said we should replace our toilets because we can save money on water (they have the four gallon tanks), so we picked one up at the same time we got the hot water tank. He told us how much it would cost and noted what we would need, and we told him we would be getting in touch soon. My husband called and confirmed the charges with the receptionist prior to scheduling. We called and were told someone will be out between 8 and 10. At 9 my husband calls and was told someone will be out in 15. He calls again at 9:30 and was told he'd be there in 20. My husband had to cancel because he couldn't rely on him being there by 10. It was scheduled for the same time the next day, he shows at 9:45. It takes forever to drain the heater. He doesn't have a shut off valve (which was noted by original plumber). What kind of plumber doesn't have a shut off valve. We asked if he needed a permit, and he said no (which is a lie). He charged at anywhere from $132-$232 more than the original estimate, and the second one too. My husband has been calling for a month to tell them he needs to speak to the owner. Either they don't answer when the see his number or they just don't call back. They didn't give us a receipt, nor will they send us one. They also have nothing to say about the wobbly toilet they installed. I guess it would've been nice if he installed the nut. We found it in the driveway, but aren't sure how tight to tighten it (it still wobbles).I guess we should've waited when we had a problem with the bill until the plumber contacted his manager.
