Had to have a very old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. The gentleman that came was knowledgeable and answered everything I needed to know and then some. Very quick no hassle service.

Second time we have used this service and both times Mike P. was professional, friendly, and clear about the repairs needed. I will definitely use their services in the future and would highly recommend them.

DCS is a great company to hire. James and the crew are very knowledgeable of their craft. I had them line my main sewer line with pvc, replace the cleanouts and replace some pipe valves. The modern technology of pipe lining is definitely the way to go. James is very attentive and always is willing and able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend DCS to anybody needing any plumbing job. Very very pleased with their service and the cost.

I called drain cleaning Solutions out to my house my sewer was backed up they got my sewer open then put a camera in the sewer to show the condition and what is causing my problem then James explained how he could solve my problem with digging my yard up with trenchless liner equipment it worked amazing they saved me 3to5 thousand in landscaping I didn't have to do and my sewer look brand new Highly recommend them to anybody with any kind of plumbing problems

Joe did a great job with a sewer and storm water camera inspection we hired DCS for. James was also very quick and timely on the phone. They were both helpful and I never felt like they tried to sell me on anything.

Mike showed up on time after calling to tell me he was on the way. He gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the garbage disposal and at my request he applied a senior discount. He worked very quickly and cleaned up after the job. I was very pleased with the service. Mike was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again.

We had called a few plumbing companies to help us put in a gas line, adding on to an existing for a new gas range stove. We called a few places, one told us they were scheduling their jobs a month out, another few didn’t call back and another gave us an estimate triple what Everything did the job for. Mike came out same day for an estimate and when we decided to go with them, he came back 2 days later to do the job. Mike was friendly, took the time to make sure he had all of the information before he gave us a more than fair and reasonable estimate and was very knowledgeable. We cannot recommend Everything Plumbing and Drain enough. We will definitely call the again in the future.

Difficult plumbing job, part if drain stack needed replacement, part of wall and floor has to be broken. Glad issue resolved, Tree roots has begun to clog corroding cracked pipe.

On 11/08/17 I hired this company to replace 60' of main sewer. Fifteen minutes before they were finished i used a shovel to catch them red handed not back filling with gravel, ( a codified requirement), a very important section of sewer, and i told them they wrecked the neighbors lawn and cracked three of their fence posts to the point that the fence was laying on the ground. They excavated and back filled the trench, but did not fix the neighbors lawn or fence posts, nor did they offer to fix it. Two days after they finished i used a shovel to discover they did not back fill with gravel a second very important section of sewer, a codified requirement), also they did not meet the city's requirements because they left a mound of dirt 3' in height one hour after the city inspector told them not to leave a mound higher than a foot.

Within eight days I rented an excavating machine and purchased two yards of gravel to correct this company's blatant disregard to abide by local and state codes, meanwhile i received a summons to appear in Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas as Drain Cleaning Solutions claimed they did the job according to local and state codes. I have plenty of video, photos, and witnesses including the City of North Olmsted Building Inspector who captured his own photos.

Drain Cleaning Solutution's claims are untrue and shameful !!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone because this company is dishonest.

Chuck on our initial visit gave me a full and accurate account of what he thought the issues were of broken sewer pipe. suggested that I have a jet water pressure cleaning of the sewer line and use a camera to check the sewer. On his second visit he determined that I have a broken exterior sewer pipe and is currently working on a estimate of making necessary repair to the sewer pipe. He was on time and I was very satisfied with pricing and on time making the interior repairs to the sewer pipe.

I called and made an appointment. Waited and when no one showed up, called again and they had no record of my appointment. The guy said that he couldn't get by today, and could schedule me next week. Sorry, I give you one chance. You blow it, and I go somewhere else.
