Our kitchen faucet was leaking terribly. The home warranty service sent out Cleveland Plumbing Guy who recommended a faucet replacement. They came out on a Thursday and we had a call the next day to install a new one.Fast and friendly service who went the extra mile. Recommend them.
Had a problem with noise coming from the kitchen faucet.. Dave came out and within a few minutes knew what was causing the problem...he ordered the cartridge and came back on second trip and within 5 minutes he replaced the cartridge, noise gone and faucet is quiet as a church mouse....faucet works smooth as silk.....thanks Dave to Cleveland Plumbing Guy .

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy because we had a hot water heater issue and a few other small issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Edmond was our technician and did a great job. Turns out, we needed to replace our hot water heater and he was back first thing the next morning ready to install. Service was great, the pricing was fair, and the process was painless. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend!

Cleveland Plumbing Guy did an awesome job. Redid plumbing in my bathroom and shower. Also needed work on my air conditioner and they fixed it. Very efficient and friendly workers. Would always use them in any situation. Recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or air conditioning work.

I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy as we noticed a big leak in our kitchen and they responded immediately. Within half hour, our problem was diagnosed and Edmond set to work. Three cheers to the team for the timely assistance.

Found this company on Google and was impressed with their 5 star rating and decided to have them come out and check my AC unit. The AC tech was fantastic! He was on time, honest, really knowledgeable and speaking to him you get the sense that he has your best interest in mind. All I can say is I think I found my go to AC Company. I just hope when I call after the summer for my coil cleaning that they send out Danny again or someone just as great!
My A/C got back to me immediately and came out next day. The tech and his colleague came on time and were very knowledgeable. I explained what I needed done. They inspected, provided recommendation and gave me a quote on the spot. I agreed. Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech came back two days later as they said they would and began working. Not only are they professional, but they are very neat. I am very pleased and will not only refer, but will be calling him again if I need any A/C repair.
On Monday, August 9th, we had the unfortunate luck to have our A/C quit working. I called Cleveland Plumbing Guy after hours and alerted the person on call that I would need a technician as soon as they could send one out. On Tuesday, August 10th, I spoke to service at 7:30am. He said she would have a service technician available that day in the early afternoon. At noon, I received a call that the technician was in route. By 1:00pm, Edmond arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. After retrieving the part from his well stocked truck, he had our A/C compressor working again. By 5pm, we were blissfully enjoying a cool home once again.

Cleveland Plumbing Guy is truly professional and know their stuff. They were honest and gave me the right advice for unclogging the drain. They suggested installing a more accessible cleanout and offered to do it at reasonable price. I have hired them to perform this task. I like how professional they are with an attitude to delight the customer. I hope to use them for all plumbing issues in the future. The owner is personally involved in making sure that he is providing the right solution to address the needs.

Excellent, excellent service! I had a major leak over Easter weekend - Edmond came over on Sunday, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in short order. He was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable - Definitely recommend Cleveland Plumbing Guy!

One of the best service calls I ever received in Cleveland, over the last long time. Fast & friendly response. Unlike most techs, he is not only came prepared with a solution, but when diagnosed a different issue. He did not make it into a larger problem, just fixed it and was in and out in less than an hour. For work on unit was very reasonably priced. Next time I will be calling Cleveland Plumbing Guy first. Thank you.
Dave came out to a leaky water heater at our home. Very nice and informative. I was a bit shocked at the amount did not cover but then found out a Tankless water heater was our best option. He did a clean job and knew the product well. I was very happy with the finished product. I have referred them a few times and will use them again .

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Dave was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

In a city where it's impossible to recommend anybody, from personal experience I can recommend Cleveland Plumbing Guy for any of your AC servicing needs. I met a tech today and he was installing my brand new AC system the following Monday. Also important to mention the quality of the machine & price he quoted me was by far better than any of the other two companies I had called for estimates. Fast, reliable, professional, best value & an absolute commitment to excellence are just a few words I can think to describe my experience with Cleveland Plumbing Guy.
Excellent customer service. Technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and completed the job in less than 2 hours. He made some improvements to the prior installation, which will now allow me to drain the water heater properly when needed. Would highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing Guy.

This is the best plumbing service experience I ever had to be honest. Responsive, courteous and very knowledgeable. 8 months after the original repair, an issue emerged and I reached out on Sunday evening at about 8pm to report the problem. I received a response within 15 minutes, confirming a visit would occur the following day. The pipes repair and parts were both covered under warranty! Highly recommend!
Dave was awesome! Took the time to explain what was going on with my pipes and answered all the extra questions I had about my homes plumbing. Was very friendly, super thorough, and most importantly completely resolved my issue without trying to sell my services I didn't need. Highly recommend doing business with Cleveland Plumbing Guy! Cleveland Plumbing Guy tech did a GREAT job installing our new water heater - it was a tricky installation and he didn't complain once. Great attitude. They were so responsive. Less than 5 hours from broken water heater to brand new. I am thrilled. Thank You!
