We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner.
