Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. 1st choice fit me in on short notice and provided professional and high quality work. My friend uses them and she referred me and I am very glad that she did.

I had an inspection done on a foreclosure that needs a lot of work. The Technician walked me through each point of the inspection who was very knowledgeable and a subject matter expert. Currently waiting for the official estimate to schedule the job, but the scheduling and communication is great with a fast lead time.

Randy and Joshua were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a sewer collapse that no one else could figure out — they did! Super-tidy and friendly, even late in the day on a Friday afternoon. Definitely will use again.

Keith was professional, wore a mask and gloves and answered all my questions. He installed the toilet with no issues and cleaned everything up. I have called Roto Rooter several times and they have always addressed the issues.

We had a water main blockage that had water/waste seeping up from our basement shower/toilet that was discovered Saturday evening. Of the three places we called, Roto-rooter was the only to respond timely and came first thing Sunday morning. Mike was very professional and gave us various options to fix. He showed us how to unclog small issues for regular maintenance, which was appreciated.They even cleaned up the toilet and shower for us and left the area as clean as a possible.

Amazing plumbing was the fourth company I called after three other 24 hour plumbers failed to answer the phone; next time they'll be the first. The owner Shawn was at my house ready to get to work within twenty minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and the price was extremely reasonable.

My wife and I called Parma Plumber when the floor drain in our basement was backing up. We just had a de-root done by another plumbing company, so we were not happy. But, Parma Plumber came out and did a sewer camera inspection, and they burned us a dvd so that we could see that the other plumbing company didn't solve the issue the first time.

James the plumber was extremely thorough and he had all of the newest equipment. He fixed everything we saw wrong on the dvd, and our drains have never flowed so smoothly throughout the entire house. We would highly recommend.
