November 2020....

UPDATE***Here we are less than one year later. We had to call a plumber because the sewer lines seemed to be backing up. Thought impossible considering the lining that was installed last year. First the plumber sent a camera down and noted all the air pockets in the lining. He said that it was a very poor install because of the pockets. Then the camera stopped due to the array of roots in the sewer drain! We called the company and left message to which 2 months later we have not received a call back. After spending over $17,000 to have this done we should not be dealing with the current situation.
BEWARE...look for alternatives with a guarantee and customer service!!!!

These guys, and this process, are all awesome! I just could not stomach the thought of tearing up my front paver patio, gardens, and 100 ft of lawn (or risk losing my maple tree) with traditional excavation, so I bit the bullet and decided to go with the liner. So happy I did. They were very professional, fun to have around, and did an awesome job cleaning up. The job was not considered done until we were all happy with the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Trenches sewer was great to work with. They were completely transparent eith the scope of work and billing. They were self contained with the accepting of needing space to mix, which I was informed about before they showed up but they did a great job cleaning up after they were totally finished. The guys who were here worked through some extreme challenges to make sure we got really good repairs on our sewer lines.
They went above and beyond helping make sure their areas were cleaned up so my mother could come and go as she had broken her foot. I cannot recommend them enough! The entire process was clear and transparent. Everyone was professional and courteous.

We had 1 Day replace 35' of broken sewer pipe from our house to the main. A camera inspection revealed the pipe was crushed quite badly in one spot and this was likely the cause of our sewer backup. They had the line replaced in a day as was promised, they cleaned up their mess and they beat a prior estimate we had gotten so all in all we are pleased with their work and would recommend to a friend.
