Our shower clogged while we had company staying over; I scheduled Roto-Rooter near the holiday fully expecting to have to wait until next week. They were there the very day I scheduled, on-time, in and out in less than an hour with absolutely no disruption to the rest of the day.

While they were perhaps a bit pricy, they made the job pretty affordable with available discounts and the price was certainly worth the professionalism and speed with which they did the job. Would recommend.

The service person’s name was Larry and you couldn’t have sent anyone more personable and persistent. My condo has a weird set up for shutting down the water with a master shut off.. There’s no single master shut off and Larry tried two different valve areas and finally hit it with a third master shut off. There’s a charm, so they say. Once again, I was extremely satisfied with Larry and if I have a water problem in the future, I’ll be requesting Larry. Thank you Roto Rooter.

I would give more stars if I was just needing the water heater replaced. Our water heater broke on Sunday and they were prompt to come to see what was wrong and to try to fix it. They came on Monday to replace it exactly on time. That's the extent of the good part of the review. After they replaced it, they said there was another pipe leaking and that they would come another time to fix that and take the old water heater. They kept not showing up to scheduled times and pushing appointments even further. They never came to pick up the old water heater or fix the leak.

When the pipe under the kitchen sink breaks on Super Bowl Sunday it’s not a good day. After determining this required skills way outside my wheelhouse, I immediately called Royo-Rooter. Within 15 minutes Sam called from my driveway and immediately assessed if there was any water damage. Thankfully there wasn’t, but an expert opinion is always appreciated. Within 5 minutes of Sam’s arrival Jim the plumber arrived. Both gentleman were expert and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and they had the tools and equipment with them so there was no need to go to the nearest hardware store.

Jim the plumber was fast, efficient, and his work is excellent. We kept his name so if problems arise in the future we can have him come out. His professionalism definitely sets the bar high for others.

I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future!

I wasn't happy with paying 161.00 for 10 minutes of unplugging toilet...the kicker was that my 7 day warranty was only a 1 day as they came out again n in 5 minutes my toilet was working it seems that these men spend more time writing an outrages invoice.....please realize that 161.00 is way out of range for people...7 days warranty means 7 days....poor value

Booked then to come between 8-10pm. On the day of the first appointment, at 7:30am, not PM and not a time I could make, they said someone is on the way and then cancelled the appointment when I did not reply. When I called them, they said they had gone ahead and booked another appointment for the following day at 11am without telling me. When I told them I work and so cannot do a daytime slot, they rescheduled for the following 8-10pm and then proceeded to no show.

I had a recent experience with John from the company, and I must say he was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple and understandable way. However, my overall experience with Roto-Rooter has been disappointing. On multiple occasions, they provided a time window for their visit, but they failed to call or show up within that window. On one occasion they didn’t show up at all!! This lack of punctuality has been frustrating and inconvenient. I hope they can improve their scheduling and communication to provide a better customer experience in the future.

Unfortunately I was hearing low popping noise in my 3 year old hot water tank. I also was getting a loud thumping noise (several thumps at once) at times when turning faucets on.
Matt from Roto-Rooter solved my problem. He used a special machine to help break up the chunks of sediment that had formed on the bottom of my water tank. He flushed/drained tank and refilled. I appreciate the knowledge and explanation and the pride he had for his job. Thank you Matthew.
I was very frustrated with the loud noises so I went on line to investigate.
Yes, I did find a site that described my problem. And surprisingly a couple of weeks later I received an email from Roto-Rooter also confirming for me that water tanks sometimes needs to be drained/flushed out to get rid of the sediment. That’s when I called to have my tank flushed/drained.
Only complaint is I thought it was quite pricey $340.00 wow, for a 45 minute flush.

I called for an appointment for the pipe leak in the outlet of the water heater. a 1 to 4pm range was given. No one showed up. A lady called me to give the following day's appointment (9am to 1pm). Around noon, the technician, Rene, came. He told me the quality of the hot water tank is not good. the hot water tank has to be replaced. He even didn't ask me to show him where the leak. This made me very confused. The technician was too professional to be told the issue. The reasons i am looking the service from Toto-Rooter are 1. it has a long service history, 2. people gave them very good reviews for their service. This time makes me so sad.

Fantastic service. The team came out same day I called. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They diagnosed the problem, offered their expertise, and provided a quote. They showed me the inside of the lines that needed to be replaced (using their fiber-optic camera) and offered various alternatives.
When we decided to proceed with the bigger than anticipated job, they got to work right away the next day and completed the work promptly within a couple of days - all while managing to leave water running to/from the house for all but a couple of hours on 1 day!

Crew spent time putting up plastic barrier walls to contain Dust / debris of the moldy ceiling they were cutting into. When finished cutting they were super careless and yanked the plastic barriers down causing everything to go air-born. My entire downstairs is about 800 sq ft and it was a cloud... Also heard one of them having a vacuum mishap don’t know what it was I just heard them say something about the filter not being in. Aside from my pets, and self health breathing this in... my dog’s food bowls, toaster, coffee pot, and a few other appliances got a coating of whatever they were trying to contain. My HO Insurance doesn’t cover items damaged during repair and the customer service team was unable to comprehend / understand my frustration. I’m still in the middle of the repairing process of a leak / damaged ceiling, will post updates.

I had sewage water backing up into my and basement and need some quick help. Called Roto-Rooter and with an hour Ryan showed up. He was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Ryan assessed the situation and made a plan to fix the issue. No wasted time. He executed his plan and had the clogged drain cleared in within the hour. Steven did an amazing job going through my entire natural gas piping from meter to each appliance. I had several leaky fittings, two of which were able to be LOOSENED BY HAND! Steve went fitting by fitting to ensure there were zero leaks left in the entire house. The price was quite a bit more than I was hoping, but I'm satisfied that the work was done right the first time and know that I can't put a price on safety. Having a major, emergency plumbing repair in your home can certainly be an unexpected and stressful experience, however I feel the Roto Rooter Team made things easier and more manageable for my husband and I. Corey was able to answer all of my questions and explained the issues and need repairs in a way that we could understand. He was also avaliable to answer any questions during the excavation and repair and kept us informed throughout the entire process. These guys are the best! They show up on time, they get the work done fast and well! They had proprietary technology that next to no-one else has so I didn’t need to dig up my yard. And they replaced all my old valves, installed faucets, an expansion tank for my water heater and fixed the sharp bites on it. I will not use another plumber as they are local and good people. Biggest props to Corey (he’s a homie) and his team! I only met one other member and I believe his name was Jake. I could be wrong though and I apologize if I am. Normally I’d say the pricing was a bit high too but Corey makes it work for you, he offered me some good deals especially on the valves. I appreciate their time and efforts! We had a repair to our hot water heater. The repairmen checked our water pressure finding it was too high and then installed the correct parts on our water meter to ensure we wouldn't have this problem in the future.

The clogged drain was a bit of a challengs because a round lid had blocked the drain. Nevertheless the plumber kept on trying until he got the lid to a point where he could remove a pipe and extract it. I was impressed by his commitment to resolve the issue.
