We came home from work to find that the pilot light on our water heater wouldn't stay lit. We called North Olmsted Plumbing and they came out right away. Their plumber was able to replace the burner assembly that night, and get our tank back up and running. He did a great job, and we are very happy with the service we received. They were also definitely affordable, and we would recommend using this company.
I normally don't taken the time to write reviews, but I felt I had to. The service I received from this company was great! They really went above and beyond. I would recommend highly.

I used North Olmsted Plumbing to fix the handle mechanism on my toilet because it kept running, and to reset the faucet on my kitchen sink because water was coming out around the base of the faucet. Their plumber was really polite and helpful, and he said that these were such minor plumbing repairs that he only charged me for his service call. I appreciate all of his help, and I'd recommend using them.

Great trenchless sewer company to subcontract to when my customers have broken sewer in areas can not excavate
The gas company was at our house when we smelled a slight odor of gas in the basement. They detected a leak and told us to call a plumber asap. We called North Olmsted Plumbing on a referral from a friend who recently used them. They arrived quickly, and did the gas line repair immediately. The service was an excellent price, and their plumber was a pleasure to deal with. We would also refer this company to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

After arriving and the issue being a larger job than expected, they quickly rearranged schedules to fit the new job in within a few days to get everything resolved. Fast and quality work.

Plumber didn't know how to properly install a cleanout in our basement. Resulted in toilet water getting leaked all over our floor. To his credit he came and fixed it but our basement now smells terrible. This was a basic job that any plumber should have been able to do without issue. Would definitely not recommend.

North Olmsted Plumbing came out to fix my garbage disposal, which was also causing my kitchen sink to clog. They ran a drain snake to unclog the sink as well. The plumber was very helpful, courteous, and he charged me a very good price. I would definitely recommend.
Reputable & knowledgeable sewer repair specialists...offered me a trenchless sewer repair option over traditional excavation and it saved ripping up my driveway I just poured 1 year ago😀very pleased with the entire process from the initial sewer camera inspection to the final product of the new CIPP inside my old rusted out pipes...will recommend

I had North Olmsted Plumbing upgrade all my fixtures in my guest bathroom, and install a new laundry sink in my basement. They were very professional, dependable, and did excellent work. Their services were affordable, and their plumber was very helpful. I would recommend this company to family and friends for sure.
