VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

We had a water service line leak on our property and had received notice from the city to get it repaired within 10 days. Paul, the owner, was incredibly helpful even before we hired VIP Plumbing, and he asked several questions to help him gauge the work to be done and anticipate the city's needs re: permits and inspection, even before the crew came out to perform an estimate. The crew was professional and friendly, and they did a great job with the installation of a new line - keeping as much of the sidewalk and driveway intact as possible to avoid extra costs on our end. They worked a very long day and brought in extra team members so that we didn't have to go overnight without water. We highly recommend VIP Plumbing!

Mike with VIP plumbing came out for a sink leak and he took care of the issue and he is the nicest, professional plumber I ever dealt with. I highly recommend him!

Very expensive not worth it charged $250.00 just for a rubber seal inside my toilet ridiculous!!

Looks like a good company, and I hope to find out if that’s the case sooner than later!
We switched to another plumbing company after Denise left. From no-shows appointments to over-priced plumbers, their service is really in the crapper. Do not recommend.
