Rick came out to do the free inspection which includes a video of the main sewer line. Rick examined our basement walls, floors, down spouts and gave very knowledgeable explanation of our 1920s dranage system and how it works and what we can do to maintain our basement walls, and floors. We appreciate his honest evaluation and not trying to sell us something we didnt need.

I’ve used this company 2 different times even if I have a question they are responsive and very helpful would highly recommend this company is very professional they come do what you need and don’t try to upsell you I will be using them for any future work I need

I have nothing but admiration for Anthony, Rick and the Sewer Cleaning Company.

We recently bought a house, we had water issues and decided to get our basement waterproofed. The company that came out knocked rocks down into our sanitary line and the line began to clog and back up through our basement. After months of trouble trying to get the waterproofing company out we called another local company to jet our lines only to be told that we have to pay around $6000 to dig up our yard to replace the pipe.

From pure luck I found the Sewer Cleaning Company and got in contact with Anthony and explained my situation. He walked me through what he felt was the best solution for my issue and arranged to have someone come out. My home is very far from Cleveland but he was adamant in helping me out. It felt great to have someone on my side for once in this situation.

The technician, Rick, was scheduled to be at our house and sent text notifications when he was on his way. He even called to tell me he could be a bit early if that was ok. He came out and let us know exactly what he was going to do and he was much better equipped to help us than the other company. He jetted the line and also found a root system near the road that was also causing backup. He saw that the drains in the house were backed up and even cleaned them as well.

If you need jetting or any other service I would advise you to call the Sewer Cleaning Company first. They take pride in their work and are the most considerate company I have ever hired.

Great people who did a great job fixing the problem immediately without making a mess. No complaints other than... Pretty expensive for a snake cleaning. But also it's 2022.

Nothing worse than having a tenant call about a backed up sewer at 6 am on a Sunday morning. So a quick search and cold called them for services. I talked to a human!!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Set up an appointment, Michael arrived on time. He went straight to work and had an assessment within an hour. Excellent work!! Very happy with them.

They cleared a blockage of the shower where the old drain stopper had been sucked into the pipe. Fast and responsive, with great communication.

Sewer Cleaning Company provided prompt, efficient, honest services from the start to the finish of my job. The owner came out to assess what was needed to be done. It was apparent that the owner was very familiar with what needed to be done. An estimate was provided in an extremely timely manner. The work was scheduled. I was fortunate enough to have Dan as my technician who came out to complete the work. He arrived on time. Upon completion, he asked for me to come out to inspect the work and explained to me what was done. Dan was polite and certainly represented his company well. I would not hesitate to use the Sewer Cleaning Company for future work.

This is a great company and they help me with my problem with my bathtub it was stopped up with water but they did such an excellent job and got it unstopped now the water is going down properly and thank you so much and now I can take a shower LOL and thank you

I asked for a free video drain inspection as offered in a local services publication, and received an excellent assessment of both my sanitary and storm sewer systems. I made an appointment with Anthony. Michael gave me a heads up call with his estimated time of arrival. He was polite and exceptionally easy to work with. He explained everything we were seeing on the live video feed. Based on the video and my memory of previous waterproofing work, he identified a problem - a surface water drain system was improperly tied into footer drain tiles. I highly recommend the Sewer Cleaning Company for video drain inspections.

I had Dan Brown out from Sewer Cleaning Company this afternoon to send a camera into our main sewer line to diagnose any potential issues in our lines. Dan was very knowledgable, and efficient during this job, explaining to me the steps as we viewed my sewer line. He was able to locate the clean out outside and diagnose the problem very quickly, giving me a couple of different options to consider on a fix. The cost for this servie as well as the quotes on the options to fix the problem were very fair and there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. To keep another project on track I needed immediate assistance. Called 3 or 4pm the day I found out we needed sewer help, got an appointment for 8:30am the next day. They showed up on time, worked for about an hour. Did a thorough job of finding the best, lowest cost solutions. Although the situation was not solveable through jetting, identifying the problem and the solve kept the project on track. Friendly, great service.
