CS Sewer Drain and Plumbing

Had a great experience! Had someone come and take a look at some leaky valves underneath my kitchen sink. We talked through some of my options and it got done within the hour! Prices were pretty reasonable considering the turnaround time and the amount of work done.

My kitchen and bathroom sinks have issues with draining....Not anymore!!! Service tech (Greg H) did fantastic job cleaning out the drains and fixed a leak too. Friendly same day service, informed me on all work being done. I'm so happy I called them!!!

They’ve done a few projects for me (replacing my main drain stack, replacing a water heater, etc.). Always happy with their work. The price is fair, and you can depend on them to get the job done right.

Unblocked my sewer. Be aware of their pricing. Legitimately expensive in my opinion, but responded quickly and did an excellent job, no doubt. Would give 5 stars for everything but the cost.

Steve came out, gave me a good estimate. I had him come out the next week.. Fast, efficient, one of the best estimates and did a great job. My toilets are quiet as a church mouse now. Plus they have a one year warranty. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

C S Sewer came to our needs and I can not thank them enough. Steve was our service tech and he was wonderful. We attempted to install a walk in shower at my parents, we were half way done when we got stuck on the drain system. C S Sewer was the only company who would come out the same day. Steve gave us a very detailed explanation of what he would do. He came out the next day and had to do a ton of extra work to get us up to code. He worked late into the night, make sure that the project could be completed. He returned the next day to finish and was so wonderful. They cleaned up completed and Steve was very personable and understanding to our needs (only shower in the house). I recommend this company !!!!

My mother lives with me. She has cancer. This company responded with same day service for my overflowing toilet. They augerred but informed me I needed a new toilet. They went and bought the toilet( 16 inch disability) . The 1st one was broken. They went and got another one and installed it right away. I cannot thank them enough.

I didn't expect more than just the estimate completed but he was able to replace my faucet immediately and quickly! Very happy to have a working sink again!

Chuck, the owner of CS, is a great guy. Easy to talk to, straightforward with a free estimate and the best price around. The service was second to none and they came right away. This is a five-star customer service company people... If you're on the west side of Cleveland, this is who you want to call... forget the guys on TV, you're just going to overpay for their expensive commercials... call CS instead!

This company was very responsive and Steve H. did an excellent job of throughly explaining the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. We were very satisfied and would use this company again if needed.

I cannot tell you how thankful for Chuck and David we are. We had a major drain issue that a local plumber we had used for years could not fix after 4 days working on it. They came in within hours and had the house up and running again. We understood our options and felt no pressure to buy or do anything we didn't want to. I had a sewer smell in the house and gurgling drains. I needed a new plumber because the current one was definitely not solving my problem. I got several estimates and CSDSP really stood out - professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Their camera was clear as day. Steve diagnosed sewer drain issues. He and owner, Chuck, provided an estimate for the work.

The sewer smell issue was identified when they dug down to the main drain pipe (cast iron) coming from the house. A totally separated sanitary sewer pipe had created a sink hole down to the footer. The sump pump was removing the sewerage. This was the source of the sewer smell.

Plumbing that was still attached to old septic system pipes that ran beneath my sunroom were rerouted to the inside basement wall exiting through the new sanitary pipe exit.

Trenchless piping was done from the connection with the city sewer through to the back corner of the house.

CSDSP did an incredible amount of work to solve all the issues uncovered. Chuck, Steve and worked as a team. I was kept informed as they worked. All questions were answered. I highly recommend C&S Sewer Drain and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

If they can't be respectful enough to wear a face mask inside Ace Hardware North Olmsted today as the pandemic is exploding, I don't know I would feel comfortable in my home. The fact that two of them needed to go into the store unmasked is even more reprehensible.

Professionalism at its finest

We had a leak coming from the upstairs and called CSSPD. They sent Steve to our house. Steve was on time, and professional. After a diagnosis he determined that our toilet was leaking at the flange causing the sub floor in the bathroom to become very moist, needing to be replaced to ensure a proper seal. Not only did they handle all of this, with precision I may add.... but they even replaced the linoleum! (at a great price too) Our toilet has NEVER felt this secure. I am VERY happy with the whole experience and WILL definitely be calling them with ANY future plumbing issues at my home. Five stars all the way around!

I call at 7 am and they said they would be here between 9-11 am. They were here by 9:15 and done with a sump pump install and slow drain by 10:15. Chuck was very nice and helpful. Will definitely keep his #. Definitely would refer him to anyone!!

Called Chuck to replace the main sewer line, unlike three other companies he recommended replacing only one section.
He gave a reasonable price to do the work, came on time and did a great job.

Wow, what a relief!! My fiancé and I had James come out to repair our main sewer line that had been causing us nothing but issues for a few years now and From start to finish James kept us updated and didn’t miss a beat when it came down to the repair. Not only were they here early but they also stayed later into the afternoon to make sure they were able to get in and out for me on a Saturday.. extremely hard workers and I recommend them 10/10 times to anyone. This was my first time using them for work but deffinatly will NOT be my last. I appreciate you guys ! Thank you again!

Our sump pump died before it was supposed to and C. S. Sewer Drain and Plumbing came to the rescue! Greg and James were prompt and professional. They helped us figure out that our pump was still under warranty and how to get it taken care of. We were ultimately able to get everything done much cheaper and sooner than we had anticipated. Saw the company van while driving down the highway, gave them a call and they were at my home the next day for an estimate. Few months later I was ready to schedule. I called back and it was super quick to get on the books for the next day. A few hours later I get a call from Chuck asking if my time allows it a tech can be at my home within the hour. I called for what I thought would be a clogged drain in a crawlspace. After their assessment, it was determined a trap and section of pipe in the yard needed replaced. I was kept updated as the project progressed and the work was completed when they said it would be.

Greg and his team are the best! They have been working with me for the past 3 years helping me fix things that were done poorly by a previous contractor. Every time I call they are at my home within a few days and have a solution for me right away. They do quality repairs and are the only contractors I will let work at my home when I am away.

We are extremely satisfied with the personal service we recieved from CSSDP. We wish we could give more than 5 stars! We originally got their name from Home Advisor. That was just after we bought our house last year and we needed a gas line run for our new gas stove. At that time we struggled to find a company that could complete the job. And those who could do it were very high priced! Greg from CSSDP came and did a fantastic job and was very professional installing that line for a reasonable price. Currently, we were having trouble with the basement toilet, so we called the home warranty that came with the house. They ended up sending three different companies but none could diagnose or do the job. We got fed up with the warranty company process and decided to call CSSDP (and pay for) on our own. Steve arrived within the hour and he professionally diagnosed the problem, and even wrote a written estimate of the job, again at a reasonable price. We of course contracted with them right away. When Steve and James returned to complete the job, they both were extremely professional and very patient with all my questions. They needed to jackhammer the floor and removed and replaced the old plumbing under the house. They discovered the cause of the original issue with the footer drain tiles that lead to today's problem and corrected that as well. They used a camera to inspect the rest of the sewer line from the basement, all the way under the house and front yard, to the main sewer under the street. And they pressure washed the entire interior of the piping. Once completed, they replaced the gravel and repaired the concrete floor under the toilet area, then cleaned up and mopped the basement floor before leaving. I've never seen (or smelled) a cleaner plumbing company! These guys really care about taking care of your home. As I said, we are extremely satisfied with the work from CSSDP. We can rest assured that it was completed properly and we wont have any other huge surprises with our plumbing.
