We called Amazing on the recommendation of our heating/air conditioning contractor. And Amazing's response was...well, truly amazing. When our Hot Water Tank stopped working, we received quotes from other plumbers into the thousands of dollars. When Amazing showed up, owner Shawn Collins quickly diagnosed the problem. The electrical plug dislodged from the wall as we were putting back holiday decorations in the furnace room! Shawn plugged it back in, did a full inspection, and determined the water heater is working just fine. No charge for the call. Now that's service!

When the original company we booked an appointment with no showed, these guys were quick to pick up the business! Sean came out the very next morning and quickly resolved the issue. They have gained life long customers. Can’t say enough, definitely use these guys for your plumbing needs!!

These guys are great! Got a quote and some root removal in my sewer pipe the first day, I called they squeezed me in- found out there was a break in my line too, they were able to come back out 4 days later for the repair. Very nice and professional, walked me through everything before performing the service. Would definitely recommend- I will be using them for all future needs.

The came on time, very professional -- took them around 5 mins to address two sinks issue ( one in bathroom and one in kitchen) and they fixed my kitchen sink in half an hour. Helpful and very direct, which i like. Shane is gonna be the only sewer i would use from now on.

Shawn and his team are exceptional; I really cannot say anything better than if you have a routine or a complex plumbing, drain, sewer issue you need to call them first!

Shawn really took the time to consult and discuss what was going on with our storm drains and plumbing after we (not 1 but 2) septic
water flooding incidents over a three month period even after having to spend several thousand of dollars on having a large plumbing company (not naming any company but rhymes with potter) come out and fix the issues that they did not even look at or mention.

Shawn was able to clean out the storm lines and get the water flowing as it should in no time. He sent a camera down my drains, found the problems and then snaked out the blockages and roots and even provided a root treatment.

As unbelievable as it might sound he even came out on his own time during a heavy night of raining (after the lines were cleared out) just to make sure that everything was still flowing and to ensure we where not going to have the septic back up again.

I have already enlisted Shawn's service on cleaning and replacing/repairing gutters and drains that were disconnected or not appropriately connected by the previous home owner that was also causing damage to our retaining wall as well as possibly putting the foundation at risk. I will make sure that I post that review as well.

It begs repeating and seconding what others have said in their reviews Shawn and team do excellent work and follow through on what they say they will do and go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied and at a very reasonable price!

Absolutely amazing!!!! Roto-Rooter charged me $465.00 and didn’t fix my issue. They tried to upsell an necessary project with a quote of almost $5000.00. Shawn was recommended by my neighbor, I was still in the same position after spending $465.00. Roto-Rooter claimed I needed excavation with a hefty cost mentioned above. He came out and fixed my issue for $350.00! Amazing and honest! I highly recommend him! Thank you so much!!!

Needed a plumber fast looked on line for a five star called Shawn came by to trouble shot same day gave me a estimate to rerun all cold water lines due to. Broken pipe somewhere. Under ground slab home I wasn’t sure so i called someone for 2 nd opion same price but sounded like cheap route was gonna be taken jerk never called back shawn came by day later started his great work did a lot of stuff he didnt have to do even snaked my drains want it done right call shawn great timely response and work thanks shawn.

Amazing plumbing was the fourth company I called after three other 24 hour plumbers failed to answer the phone; next time they'll be the first. The owner Shawn was at my house ready to get to work within twenty minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and the price was extremely reasonable.
