Worked with Shoe on installing a shut off valve for a gas range. He met me over at our house and was on time, we talked about the work needing done and he was able to give me a quote right away. Price was awesome and he was able to get the work done that same day within a couple hours. Definitely recommend this company and Shoe!

Don't follow up and don't return calls

Bill came out in a bad snowstorm, diagnosed the problem with our well. He then went out and changed the well pump in the snowstorm and had us up and running on the same day I couldn’t get anyone else to come out. He also flushed out all of the lines to make sure we had no ther issues. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a terrible time having a plumber come to my dad's house after one place rescheduled me 3 days in a row. I said forget this and called The Rooter Works. (Best decision I made).The day came and they actually showed. Anthony was so incredible. My dad has a very special shower to say the least. Lol. He stuck with it and fixed it and now it works better than when he bought the house.

Rooter works is quick to respond and shows up when they say they will. I have had Bill out to my house three times in the last week. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and fair. He explains things clearly and gives you many options to fix a problem.

My family and I recently bought a renovated home that passed inspection but when we moved in we had no hot water in the showers. We called The Rooter Works Plumbing & Drain after finding them on google and seeing how many good reviews they had. It was really fast to set up an appointment and they had someone come out early the very next day. Our plumber was BT and he did an amazing job. He found the problem right away. He had to do work in both showers but was done in no time. I liked that he was very knowledgeable about his trade - every question we asked he knew the answer. He was very polite, arrived on time, and gave us a curtesy call. If I ever need plumbing and drain services again I will request they send BT out again.

I had this company come out to find and fix a gas leak that my gas company found and shut off my service. They came out, gave me an estimate and started right away. The complete gas line to my house had to be replaced and Joe and Jamel were very professional and courteous and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would recommend The Rooter Works to anyone and will use them again myself when needed.

TRW is a new company in the Cleveland area so we weren’t sure what to expect. We are so glad we called them! My shower was backing up and I had been looking for a plumber because of the type of warranty I have. I called them to see if they worked with my warranty company. I informed Danielle that it was my first time working with this warranty company and so I was not familiar with what they do. She told me that they do not work with a warranty company but explained to me how customers who have my warranty company, how they would handle it. She was able to send out someone that same day, which I was impressed with. The service guy Tony was very kind and professional. Tony and I was talking about payments, and I understood there was a form that needed to be filled out however my mistake was I thought this company provided me with the form. (Again, my first time using this warranty company) Tony called Danielle and I could hear her talk very rudely about me over the phone. I felt that was very unprofessional and I am sure Tony did not think I could hear her over the phone, but I could. This was just in December right before the holidays. I call on January 2, because I spoke with my warranty company and received a better understanding of what to do. When I call back Danielle tells me that they are no longer servicing my area. So, you mean to tell me you did not know that last year. Just a few short weeks before the new year. I feel like she did not want to be bothered. I would hate to not recommend this company because Tony their service man was so kind. However, Danielle was very rude and because of her I will not recommend this company to anyone. Inside or outside any area! She needs to learn better customer service skills.

I was searching for a reputable company who would be fair, honest and appreciate my business. I was a little taken back by the cost of a tank, today, but it is a quality, commercial- grade unit. The office staff, Tammy, Nikki and Ivy, were respectful of my time and communicated well at all times. They were friendly and accommodating.

Had low water pressure. Paid $185.00 to be told my current system was a complete failure, and needed to be replaced with their $5200.00 carbon filtration system. This past weekend I replaced a $2.99 plastic drain tube and my “failed” system now works flawlessly. My experience with this company is analogous to: “Sir, I can’t change your oil, but I can sell you this beautiful $20K automobile”.

Did not show or call! Pretty typical of today's worker. Not sure how good of plumbers they are because they didn't do any work for me. The only thing worse than doing a bad job, is not showing up for the job or even a call to say you're running behind. Why? Because I took the day off from my job for the 4 hour window they gave me. So if your time is important and Punctuality is important to you, this may not be a company you want to contact.

Did all the work quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The plumbers came and replaced our old water heater. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do and giving us a no pressure quote. They were even nice enough to point out some problems with our gas and water pipes along with a quote and gave us the option of upgrading it. Yesterday, Tracy Tibbitts and I, needed your services. Her sewer drain had plugged up and no amount of plunging would clear it. It was midday when Tracy called for service. Dave G was sent. After finally locating the hidden clean out plug, he was able to clear the blockage in short order. He was friendly and presented himself in a professional manner.

Even though we thanked him, please let him know that we appreciated his assistance.

Be advised that the service call will be in Tracy’s name but the check is in mine.

Anthony came out to fix a mess another plumber from a different company left us with over the weekend. He was very professional, punctual, friendly, and accommodating. We will only go through The Rooter Works from now on.

We had a very serious plumbing repair we needed with our sewer system. The technicians came out immediately, were extremely professional and overall just cared about helping resolve our issues. They didn't try to convince us on what was needed and over sell their different services. They gave us all our options with the prices up front and left it up to us to let them know what we were ready to do. In the meantime they helped get us some temporary relief. After the technicians left, their supervisor came out to do another inspection and was so knowledgeable about how to get the best results with our budget. The service I most appreciated was my husband has a speaking disability and they treated him with respect and dignity. Highly recommend them as an honest company that will help with any issues you might have.

About a week ago the city was doing some work on the street behind me and they turned off all the water to complete their jobs, but anyways when they turned the water back on later that evening it sounded scary like my toilets, shower, sinks were just going to explode or something, well turns out the next day my hallway was soaked, the hot water hose on the water heater busted and I was in complete panic. My friend referred me to Rooter Works so I called and Shawn returned my call very quickly reassuring me that it would be ok also instructing me on how to shut off my water so the leak would stop. He professionally informed me of any up front charges and fees while on the phone with me, which I was completely fine with and arrived in the time frame he gave me which was a Godsend for sure. I don't think I have ever learned so much regarding my plumbing plus he looked at all areas not just my water heater, he helped me in drying my floors, he was super polite and very professional while replacing my hose and fixing the leak. I will definitely keep this companies business and appreciate all this man did for me. Thank you again Shawn and Rooter Works LLC for all your help.

Joe was amazing and quick to reply! We had a gas leak and old pipes - he fixed everything and made sure we wouldn’t have issues for a long time! He was super knowledgeable and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. He did absolutely amazing! I can’t thank him enough

Ray and a trainee came out to fix a clogged up kitchen sink drain. Both were very respectful and wore masks and booties in the house. The 5 star rating is for Ray as he was polite and explained everything that he was doing very well. However, I do believe that the company needs to improve communication with its' customers. No one showed up for the first appt. I made and I wasn't notified of this until late in the day. Then I made an appt. for the next day and no one showed up again within the 4 hour time slot I was given. I had even called the company when they opened to confirm that someone was coming out, since I did not receive a confirmation email from them, and was assured that I was on the schedule. Then I had to call again to find out why no one came out for my 2nd appt. Finally Ray showed up about 2 hours after the end of my given time slot. I will say that the company's prices were very reasonable and I was able to use one of their online coupons, plus I was given a discount, which I asked for, because of the no show for the first day's appt.

After 2 failed appointments and reschedules on their end I was charged $235.00 (after a $50 dollar discount) for a technician to put in a 1/2 in gas fitting behind a residential gas stove. It took the technician less than 20 minutes. I had the gas company out the following day and they mentioned they would've done it for free. Lesson learned.

The office staff is nice though.

Kyle and Dennis stopped by my property at 9:30 a.m. and began working immediately they stayed all day and kept coming in to give me progress reports very professional very friendly answered all of my questions and believe me I had many I am very blessed to have finally found a company that treats us right I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart

I highly recommend Ian & Scott from Columbus who was in Akon & then came to Cleveland to fix my leaks in less than 30 minutes. The longest was to get the part 30 minutes from my home. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

the first plumber they sent out not good not good at all but then I called I told them that there was serious issues so they sent out Joe let me tell you something that man knows what the hell he's doing fix the other plumbers mistake he was kind he was courteous lots of knowledge about plumbing you need a service technician ask for Joe you know I don't blame the company for the mistake but I do commend the company for the way they responded

Scheduled 1st appointment between 8am-10a to have to call them all day to finally receive a call at 4pm to be told they would not make it, they rescheduled the next day with me between 8a-12p to once again call them to then be told they don't do tech work on Sat and won't be coming at 230p. Wasn't offered any compensation let alone did it seem important to them even though I could have Scheduled with someone else no hot water for 3days with a 15month old baby and 2 other children. They just said sorry and sent me on my way, not even trying to make it rite!!!Horrible and would never recommend them to anyone. I will also be letting my entire network know from city to city.

Did a good job. Simple under sink fix was $375 but done well. Quick diagnostic and few new pieces. Did not do the new disposal which would have brought total to the 800$.

We had a kitchen sink pipe issue, bill came out and explained the issue and problem. The fix did not stick due to a miss. We called up and were added to the schedule, Joel came out identified the issue immediately and applied the fix

Troy and Ray were very diligent and systematic when diagnosing and repairing my water leak issue. After the Christmas holiday, a massive water break happened and started to flood my basement. Troy and Ray found and fixed 6 different pipes/regulators to make sure the leaks were all 100% resolved. It took a whole 8hr day, but the job was completely handled.

This week was very busy for plumbers as tons of frozen pipe issues happened around the city. My original appointment had to be rescheduled twice - once due to techs on other jobs and once simply because the part store had just closed for the night. This was very disappointing, but the work completed the next morning was so helpful in returning the house to livable conditions. Thank you so much guys!

I had my faucet replaced. I am so glad I did not try to do it myself. Bill Spritzer was the plumbing technician. He was at my house within 90 minutes of me calling to ask for an appointment. I couldn’t believe how quickly he arrived. Bill was professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to clean up after he completed the job. My sink faucet looks great and works perfectly with no leaks. Thank you!
