We contacted H. Jack's Plumbing and Heating Company at 8 am they arrived within the hour. The servicemen was very knowledgeable and explained how he would diagnose the problem. It did not take long before he came up with a solution and estimated cost. It was very reasonable. The work was completed and the work area was cleaned. H. Jack's Plumbing and Heating Company Will be our choice in the future for plumbing needs.

Plumbing911 fixed a recurring draining and clogging problem that wasn't cleared with the use of a traditional snake by the first company I called.

They used a drain camera and discovered tree roots and a large amount of sludge in our sewer pipe. They used hydrojetting, which cut through the roots and totally flushed out the sludge, leaving us with no more clogging or draining issues! They responded quickly and were very thorough and professional. They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

Made an appt last week for their HVAC tech to look at my mom's thermostat. Appt was for today 8-9am. I took a half day off work, drove 45 minutes to be at her house at 8 AM, only for the tech to not show up. I called at 9 & was told he was running late. I called again at 10 & was told that I was his next stop. at 10:30, they called to tell me he had a flat tire & hadn't been in yet today.

I wasted a half day of PTO and a 90 minute round trip on them. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. It's one thing to have an issue come up, but it's how you handle it. They could have called to let me know, or even been honest in my first two calls in.

For those in the Cleveland area that end up with issues with their plumbing, I recommend you request Dan 3239 and Matt 923 from Roto Rooter. They are professional and hard working. They didn’t give up until my main line was clear of all roots! They did a good job for a fair price.

Just moved into the area and had some immediate plumbing repairs to be done. I called a few places and got only answering machines, no callbacks. Then I dialed Northeast and not only spoke with a very pleasant and live representative, but I also was able to schedule an appointment right away. The two workmen who showed up did excellent work and were very personable, and the repairs (new pipes plus a clogged pipe) were done in a day. A week or so later, we discovered another problem, this time having to do with our washer installation and the gas line for a dryer. Again I was able to schedule a prompt appointment and the service was excellent. Totally worth it!
Am planning to try them out for a little electrical work in the near future. So glad to have found a service we can rely on!

This is the best plumbing service experience I ever had to be honest. Responsive, courteous and very knowledgeable. 8 months after the original repair, an issue emerged and I reached out on Sunday evening at about 8pm to report the problem. I received a response within 15 minutes, confirming a visit would occur the following day. The pipes repair and parts were both covered under warranty! Highly recommend!
