These guys were lifesavers. 7:15 PM discovered a big clog that shut down our master bath and kitchen. Had guests coming and couldn’t wait to get it fixed. Sent a message through Thumbtack and Harrison called me within five minutes. After explaining my dilemma, Will arrived within an hour. He worked hard to get the drain unclogged and had us up and running quickly. Their responsiveness saved me all kinds of hassles and pricing, especially for an after hours call, was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Dave was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

They are the best. I first found them when I had to replace a radiator in a rental property. Chris had one and was extremely fair with pricing. I have used and recommended him ever since. My renters and I trust him.

Had a hot water heater break on a Friday, or at least that is when I found it. Called Roto-Rooter that evening and they had someone out the next day at 8 AM. The service/installation tech was awesome and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Did a great job and and ill be requesting him specifically for any future work. If you're looking for someone good ask for Terry (4911).

I was very pleased with the service that the team at Roto Rooter provided. From the dispatcher who had space that day, to the team of Dan, Mike, and Kris - all were professional, helpful in answering questions, and upfront about what they were doing. My wife is 8 months pregnant and for them to be able to come over on short notice and clear up a clog in our sewer line was a lifesaver just before the Christmas holiday. I have nothing but positive things to say about Roto Rooter for their quick response and professionalism.

H. Jack's was a HUGE help. They had somebody over within an hour. The technician was confident, efficient, and personable. I would definitely use H. Jack's in the future!

I had North Olmsted Plumbing upgrade all my fixtures in my guest bathroom, and install a new laundry sink in my basement. They were very professional, dependable, and did excellent work. Their services were affordable, and their plumber was very helpful. I would recommend this company to family and friends for sure.

Kyle and team were very responsive and were able to come out onsite quick to repair a well issue. They repaired the pump and the water service was restored quickly. I'd recommend his service to anyone in need.

I had this company come out to help with a clogged kitchen sink. After using the sink I have a drip coming from one of the joints. I’m also extremely disappointed that I now have a black mess on the underside of my sink that I’m not sure will come out. The repair person wiped up most of the mess on the cabinet (with just dry paper towels that I had to supply). I attempt to call the company and got a full voicemail message. Shortly after choosing the option for SMS and disconnecting the call I received a spam text. I find it hard to believe it’s a coincidence considering I never get them. This service was definitely not worth $189. It was also surprising when I get an invoice for a company by the name of Metro Plumbing and Sewer with a completely different phone number. This was not the company I contacted or thought I would be dealing with. It was explained that they own Parma Plumbing. This should be more transparent to customers.

Professional, knowledgeable, on time, good quality, responsive and good value. Replacement of bathtub faucet and showerhead. I recommend Matthew for all of the reasons above.
