We had a new furnace, hot water tank & air-conditioning installed. The crew headed by Richard did an outstanding job. Then our crawl space needed waterproofing. This crew headed by Keith Daly went above & beyond to explain every step of the way. We are very satisfied with all services & would highly recommend Hjack's Plumbing & Heating.

The entire team I dealt with from scheduling to finished project were prompt, courteous and professional. Will contact again for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Diagnosed overhead gas heater in my pole barn. No repair was done. Still waiting for an estimate to replace the unit.

My toilet was backed up really bad. I searched for a company based on ratings. I called H Jack’s plumbing and within an hour Austin showed up. He took me on the journey as he fixed my toilet, he was friendly, professional and a genuine man to deal with. He gave me three different estimates based on the work he may have to do. I appreciated that because I was not left in suspense as he diagnosed my bathroom issues. Austin got to the root of the problem he fixed my toilet in a timely manner, then he sit down and educated me and my husband on what the issue was. He also gave us a list of other services that they offer. We felt the price he charged was fair for the great service that was provided.

H Jack's did a wonderful job on my toilet. I tried to do it myself and I had to call them in. They have the job done in less time than they said the job would be done and they were clean and neat as they went. I definitely plan on going with them again.

Let me start by saying expensive, i forgot to say thank you after i heard the price lol but it was worth it, the man (shawn) came in found the problem and inspected to make sure that there was no other issues. With his search he discovered a leak that i was not sure of. I am definitely referring them to everyone, very quick and prepared. Thank you if i forgot!

The contractor that came out was very nice and knew what he was doing. They're definitely pricey but again he knew what he was doing and he got the job done and they were able to come right away instead of saying that it would be a week or two

My ac unit went out and they were able to send people out first thing the next morning! They were super chill and very helpful in telling me what was wrong, informing me how to maintain my unit, and were eager to answer any questions I had.

Timely, thorough, and not at all condescending. We had an entire heater replacement and the techs were kind, professional, and respected our home.
We got financing through them and they have also been incredible throughout what could've been a rough process.

Fast and prompt service, but very pricey. The tech came up with a price that was 3 times the original, only for removing five screws from the sump pump....

Installation of grab bars for a disabled person. Sevice was excellent. Our provider gave excellent information and suggestions. Installation was on time and excellent quality. Grab bars are sturdy and safe for the disabled person. Thank you

H Jack repaired floor under toilet and installed a new one.

Called H.Jack for what we thought was a leaky water tank issue. They came out that day and found it was the air conditioner that was the problem. Fixed it on the spot and were very courteous and professional and finished quickly. Would use them again.

I recently had an unfortunate situation where one plumber misdiagnosed a leaky toilet and visited 3 times to unnecessarily adjust a flange, and ultimately install a new toilet. However, the leak source was a deeper issue where the drain pipe itself had a leaking seam. I called H. Jack and they arrived the next day, took the time to accurately diagnose the issue, and then the day after that correctly fixed the issue. Seeing the amount of labor involved in this verified that the price they charged was more than reasonable

Had a leak in my kitchen I work full time days as a single mother and tried to schedule after 3p and was told that would be an emergency service since it’s after 12p. I find that to be very inconvenient for people who work dayshift just like they do.

Willy and Josh were friendly called ahead and made sure we were all good to go. They were honest and very helpful explaining what needed to be done and why. They did the fix and retested the line to find no leaks. Very fast friendly service. Will recommend to others as long as the gas company gives the ok to turn back on! Technician responded within 1/2 hour. Tank was replaced the same day. Courteous. Explained the workings of the tank and how to shut on and off. Cleaned up after the job. A little costly, but it was an emergency and a weekend.

Paid $735.00 for 30 minutes of labor for a technician to change the blower motor in my furnace. $185 for a diagnostic of a broken furnace. I purchased the new motor myself because they couldn’t source it for 4 days, I overnighted it to my house.

Installed new hot water heater and furnace. Very organized and professional business. All the work was done on time and with high quality. Installers were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Price was right at average of what it should be. I wouldn’t call anyone else for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

I had the occasion to use H Jack plumbing recently under an emergency situation. The repairs I needed done entailed tearing out a concrete floor , repairing a major drain line and making the bathroom look like new. Adding to the difficulty was the time frame for the repairs, I needed the work done within 3 days as I was leaving for 2 months. Chip and his crews came in worked steadily and competently , coming early and staying late to make sure it was completed on time. I'm extremely satisfied with H Jack , Chip and his great crew for a job well done and service above and beyond. I won't hesitate to call H Jack plumbing should the need arise for plumbing services in the future.

Justine and Andrew just finished installing a check valve in my sewer system to prevent sewage backing into my home, thus protecting all my appliances, property and making my home owners insurance cheaper. Justine is professional and a straight shooter and his apprentice Andrew was very polite and respectful and I can tell a very hard worker and open minded to learn from the master. Super happy with the service I received today and would highly recommend H Jacks.

We have used H Jacks services for the last 4 years for a myriad of repairs for home and rental property projects and have been very happy and satisfied with everything that has been done. We will use their services for many years to come!

Our furnace was making loud noises and hadnt been replaced in almost 20 years. Since we had good prompt service from H Jacks before we called. They were able to come that day, provide us estimates, and then replace the furnace in matter of hours.

On Sunday, July 5th my air conditioning unit stopped working - our first call was to H Jack’s and to our surprise they had a tech out to our home within the hour, on a Sunday. The tech was very professional, explained to us what was wrong, and then fixed it. We will be using H Jack’s for our plumbing, heating and cooling requests moving forward.

Had a H2O emergency they were at my house within 40 minutes of intake call and finding the problem and fixing it a a great rate as well

They came to our house, removed and replaced the sewer pipes from one end of the basement to the other. It was a big, expensive undertaking. They did a complete job, were there on the job until it was done (1 week). The job was done on time and done professionally. I felt Steve did an outstanding job.

We’ve used H Jacks a number of times now and each time has been a great experience. The most recent was a new air conditioning install and everything went smoothly. We’re all set for summer.

Was having backup pipe issues for weeks had people snaking every other week they came out and solved the problem haven’t had backup issues since .

They went above and beyond! I did not know you flush a basement toilet with to much water and then it will not fill. You have to use smaller amounts of water. I'm like duh, ready to pay for the service call and the plumber says it was free. I know who will give me fair service in the future.

I had a leak in my basement for almost 2 years. I called a plumbing company to look at it and the plumber proceeded to break the leaking pipe resulting in water in my basement . The next day, I called H.Jack’s and told them my issue and what the previous plumber did. They came out that day, replaced my old pipe, and charged less than what the previous plumber estimated. Their idea to fix the pipe was more strategic and helpful than the previous plumber and I haven’t had a single drip since they resolved my problem. I plan to replace all of the piping in my house eventually and I want and trust H.Jack’s to do the work. Their team is skilled, respectful, and quick! I highly recommend!

We needed the gas supply to the stove capped and Jack's was able to come the day I called them. They were very courteous and explained the process to me. They finished quickly. I was delighted. I have used them before and I will be using them again.

Amazing plumbers, amazing service and response time. I called them in a panic they answered right away and had two technicians out to my house within an hour. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired all before 5 pm. They were thorough and efficient. They checked all their work before leaving to ensure it had been done correctly. Sooo happy I called them. I was literally flooding my kitchen. My shut off valve was faulty under my sink.
And I didn’t realize it until after I removed the hose. Sooo it was spraying EVERYWHERE. They came with ink 30mins and completely replaced the valve. I was able to finish my faucet install.
Seemed a little pricey to me. But for same day emergency help, that’s to be expected. I’m so grateful they were able to come immediately when I called!!

The middle of the night repair of an overflowing sump pump was very much appreciated. They were the only plumber that personally answered our call and had someone on the way a short while later. The tech made quick work of the replacement and waited to make sure the sump pump drained and the water subsided. It was that extra step of customer service and quality that we were very thankful for at 3:00am on a January 2nd.

The guys were great, very courteous and polite. They were knowledgeable and professional. Very honest about our drain problem and upfront about the cost and the extent of the job. Cleared out problem within an hour, we had rented a snake, bought many chemicals to pour down our drain, nothing helped. So pleased we called H. Jacks and I recommend them to anyone.

We had no heat for Christmas, thankfully the temperature outside was in the 50s and we were able to wait until Sunday - didn't want to take anyone away from their families! H. Jack's was able to help us out of a sticky (literally) situation with a clogged pipe. Called for an appointment and had someone out the next day. Plumberz were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. When they couldn't quite figure out the clog, they stayed past the appointment time to provide us with extra help to finally get our drain cleared. This is the first time ordering a plumber for our new home so I can't comment on relative price but we figured it seemed reasonably priced for the work they did. Will be using again to clear serious clog or for permanent plumbing work!

Called H. Jack at around 6am to have a new hot water tank installed as soon as possible and by 8am they were at my house getting started and finished a very professional install by 11:30am. I thought the price was high but chalked it up do to the fact I needed the work done that morning. I would definitely use H. Jack again. Once instance approved the work, the team was quick to return and start the work. Joe and his 2 helpers got the excavation done quickly and covered up the carpeting to not track dirt. Joe followed up each day about the work progress and once the inspection was performed, he called to confirm his return trip to wrap up the installation work. The technician they sent out was very polite and answered any questions I had to ask. My furnace was blowing out cold air so he did a diagnostic test on it. He said it needed to be cleaned and he made sure everything was running right before he left. He also checked the thermostat. He did an excellent job. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend them again if I had any more problems with my furnace.
