One star is to much, I had an emergency call to them on june 28th recommended by Broadview heating because they were to busy. My mothers water heater was leaking so I needed someone right a way. I call them and What a mistake. Russ F. came (at 2:09 pm I have photo to prove it) in decided that water heater was rusted out at the bottom, so here is step by step what Russ F and younger Russ did.
1) gave me estimate for water heater 40 gallons $1188 with installation
2) $251 for Thermal Expansion tank
3) $69 for service call
4) for new handles to turn water and gas on and off, cutting some pipes to be able to put in a new tank since it is larger in size, etc
5) total estimate for $1764.15 after 5% discount because my mom is 80 years old.
So they are doing work took old tank out, and I ask Russ F again what the problem was, he said, that it must be something inside the tank that broke to deep inside to tell what but the insulation was all wet so it had to be on the inside . Sounded fishy but I counted on them to do the job and felt I didn't have a choice at this point.
So the put new tank in, new handles, etc, Young Russ solder the pipe to cold water, turned water on and pipe busted open, Russ F. blamed it on him and called him his apprentice, assured me that he fixed the pipe himself and promised it will keep together. that was about 5pm.
Russ F is filling the tank with water and I asked if we can complete the payment while we wait. So he tells me that I have to pay another $391 for another part installation because the water pressure is to high in the house at 120 psi and we have to install water pressure regulator to take it down to 100 or better yet to 80 psi. I said how come? He said that this is well known problem in Garfield hts that the water pressure is too high and that this is a city code to have this fixed. I said we don't have any more money to do this and I would like to settle the bill, he said OK, but Russ F said i can't give you warranty for any of this work because it won't be up to code for City of Garfield Hts. I said why did he wait 4 hours to let me know and didn't put this in estimate, he said that he didn't know the pressure was this high in this house. I confronted him and said to him you just told me that this is Garfield Hts city code and it is a known problem, why did you trick me like this?, he said well I can't give you the warranty until we install the water pressure regulator. I asked him to give me at least partial warranty for the work that they did, but he said, not until he installs the part.
They trick me, were dishonest and to think that this company would charge over $2000 for water heater installation. Their website is bragging about discounts for residential water heater installation, summer specials, how good they are, but they are nothing, nothing good about them. They know I am upset, so I expected at least a call from them. So now I am stuck calling another company to fix what they failed to complete. What happens if my mom is in the basement doing laundry and the pipes bust open again? can't even call them to fix it because they refused a warranty for the work they do. I did my part and paid them.
Amazing Service! Joe and Bilaal are lifesavers! Our laundry basin floor drain had standing water as did another drain in our basement. We had sewer flies and a not great smell. I called AAA to come out and assess the backup, thinking that we had a clogged pipe somewhere. Not only did they diagnose the issue within about 30 seconds, they went on to say that it might be covered by the home warranty. So now I've saved about a thousand dollars and have a brand new sump pump. They were professionals, cleaned up, and will be our plumbers from now on!

I hired them to unclog a drain and they charged me charged $285 but not able to do the job. They insisted that I pay some additional $900 to run a Jetair. I had to hire another plumbing company who did the job for $200. In short, I don't recommend using AAA Advance Plumbing as they are not honest and not able to do the job. I did not even get a copy invoice for the ripoff job. I feel that homeowners should know about AAA Advance Plumbing.

I had roto rooter come out and try to sell me $8k in plumbing work that I didn't need. I got a second opinion from AAA and they helped me avoid losing thousands of dollars to those scammers.

Called and made an appointment and they gave me a 4 hour window to repair a leak and then pulled a no show. Not reliable, not professional and in no way would it be someone that I would ever consider using for any work in the future.

Though much of their work is for businesses, they also take projects for private homes. Their suggestions are sometimes expensive, but they are thorough.

Evan and his team did great work for us. Once they began they found more work was needed than they had originally thought - but they kept the cost within the original estimate.
I had a leak under my bathroom sink in my hot water line. Phil came in repaired it, and did so in a timely manner. Will be using AAA Advanced Plumbing for all my plumbing needs FROM NOW ON!!

Joe D is THE BEST! He’s super knowledgeable and does a thorough job to address the issue at hand. He took the time to educate my husband and I about the what and why of repairs and we felt very confident in his assessments. His helper Keith is also great!

The service provided by AAA Advanced Plumbing to correct our waterline problem well exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival onto our property the cause of our drain problem was quickly identified by their team. We were thoroughly pleased with the way this team worked together to find the cause of our drain backup. We were again amazed at the short length of time it took to resolve our drain problem and complete the work. The workers were respectful, polite and courteous. We highly recommend AAA Advanced Plumbing to anyone who has a plumping issue. Our repairs was completed in a timely manner and we are most satisfied with the outcome.
Ron was out this morning to service our back flow valve and was great. Very professional and courteous. He worked quick and went above and beyond by checking and ensuring there wasn't a larger issue such as a blockage in our sewer line. I will only be calling AAA Advanced for any of our future plumbing needs!

Fairly priced and Vernon did a great job.A lot of companies are grossly overcharging and trying to take advantage of a bad situation out there. Be careful
Joe Dunikowski was great. he made sure to find the problem and fix it as well as offering some tips to prevent it happening again.
Very professional service. They showed on time and the finished the job in time. Very friendly and professional crew.

Marcell the tech was AMAZING! I would deff recommend and request him for another service.
Their dispatch team member I worked with - Jeremy - was EXTREMELY rude and cocky. I can tell he has 0 experience with customer service, first time homeowners, or plumbing. He really makes the company look bad. Because if it wasn’t for the tech, I wouldn’t want to use their services anymore. Jeremy is the only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star rating.
We've used AAA Advanced Plumbing and Drain a few times and they are always responsive, on time, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I'll contact them any time I am in need of plumbing repair. The technicians are friendly and take the time to answer questions and explain their process. The service is fast and done well. Vernon just came out today to do a repair in our basement and was on time, patient, and fast. I'll

The second star is only for the sake of the very empathetic administrative ladies who tried to communicate on our behalf and help us. Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional, over priced, inflexible and understaffed.
After sending a plumber to assess the problem (corroded lead sewer stack pipe) and recommendation of replacement with a crew of 2 guys, 2 full days on December 2nd, we were notified yesterday December 20th that they were going to have 1 guy cut out and replace 2 pieces. He cut two sections of pipe then left. After 18 days stuck at a hotel with excuses like 'ordering parts, no authorization and understaffed' our ceilings floors and walls ripped open to allow access for the replacement, we were told we were confused and the 102 year old corroded lead pipe doesn't need replaced. The manager and owner both called and dug deeper holes of unprofessionalism and excuses. Clients beware, don't trust this company with your home.
AAA Advanced plumbing are helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. Great communication and the quality of their work is top rated

This is the second time I've used AAA after a great experience the first time. Vastly different complexity on the second project (a simple leak fix). I called on a Sunday, got a call back from their emergency line within an hour, when we established it wasn't an emergency, they came the next day. They quick identified and fixed the problem. Recommended another service provider to do cleanup -- that service provider did an amazing job (go Mold & Airduct Pros). Very thorough and complete fix, very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

EDIT: While there was a dropped ball moment on AAA's part, I was able to speak with Jeremy today and get things straightened out. They were able to get a new tank installed the day after the holiday and everything is working to my satisfaction.
The responsiveness and communication to the customer from this company is some of the worst I have ever seen. I have a home warranty and unfortunately this is who was chosen to repair/replace my water heater that was leaking. They called and asked for pictures of the existing tank which I sent and I made an appointment for a few days out as I was off that day. Jeremy came out and confirmed that yes it was bad and needed replacement and that one would have to be ordered. That should have been my first clue it was going to go bad as I had already sent him pictures, so why didn’t they order one then? He then said it could take one or two weeks to get one in, but since I have a standard one it may be quicker. I asked him to do it as quickly as possible as it was leaking and I did not want to wait very long for it to completely fail. He said he would try and work something out for Saturday, but no guarantees. I heard nothing on Friday from them and I even called them to confirm some information from the warranty company. No one bothered to call me back. Saturday morning as we are about to leave for the day I received a call that they were on their way and would be there in 20 minutes. An hour later John arrived. Very nice guy. Got started right away. Rusty showed up a few minutes later. They were personal, professional, and done within an hour. Later on that afternoon I noticed that there was a stream of water coming out of the top of the new water heater. I immediately called AAA back and left a message explaining the situation. No response. Called my warranty company an they tried reaching out with the same results. Called the emergency on call this morning with the same results.

Excellent experience from the first phone call to get info. Kevin was willing to help get someone out ASAP since we were having water issues in the basement. Paul was also awesome knowing what to do and did not trying to sell me just services. After putting a camera down the sewer line and having Ron snake the line, they found the blockage was not a broken pipe but just major tree roots. I'm making these guys my go to for plumbing issues in the future!

I loved the experience with this company... I would recommend them to anyone! Very knowledgeable, professional, & on time oh may I add next day appointments
They didn't do their job properly. I had new carpeting laid and because he didn't do his job by placing a bowl above the water heater the basement flooded again and it cost me over $3000.00 to have carpet dried treated and shampooed. I would like the name of your insurance Co and your address
Not a professional company , they lie to your face ! They give me 4 hours window then never showed up !! and when i called asking what’s going on the lady on the phone was rude , argued with me that they are busy .. well my time is valuable too. Not calling them again.
Worst place ever! They replaced my hot water heater in October it is now December and I’m still having problems with my water. The last appointment I had for them to come out, I had to call, they said I was the next stop and they never showed up or called to say they weren’t coming.

Our experience with this company was absolutely horrible. They came and immediately began sawing through our ceiling in two areas with no organization or reason. They cancelled and rescheduled on us several times and we’re not responsive. We had to use them through our home warranty and overall they were terrible. Thankfully, my dad is contractor and sent them away after they wanted to perform unnecessary work and told me we had thousands in damages when we didn’t (my dad fixed one of two issues in a matter of minutes). We were left with two gaping holes in our kitchen with no offer of fixing it for us that my dad ended up repairing. Avoid this company at all cost.

If I could give half a star I would... It was the day before Thanksgiving and my toilets, bathtub, and kitchen sink were all overflowing. The tech that came in (Johnny) was very rude. He walked into my half bath and said there was nothing he could do for me because I was going through my insurance company and they wouldn't pay for the work that needed to be done. I tried to get him to talk to my insurance company and he refused. He then said that since he wasn't going to get paid he was going to leave. I will never call them again. I have never been treated so badly by someone especially around the holidays. So disappointed.

Outstanding service.
Well, the plumbers came to our house about 10 separate times, couldn't fix our problem. Then we were told that they would replace the stack up to the toilet.......which they did not. After they tried to find the leak they determined the toilet flange was bad , which it was not. ( I too am a plumber) there was nothing wrong with the flange , but they brought the grinder and cut the flange and replaced it with a push in type flange. After the plumbers did that they couldn't deal the toilet with a wax ring correctly. So they took 3 wax rings and tried that.....which didn't work because the trap of the toilet was actually leaking. So they replaced the toilet.....which was an American standard toilet and it had a large crack on the bowl of toilet. So they had to replace that toilet. I asked them to install a 14inch rough toilet instead of the cracked 12 inch rough toilet.....I was told by management that it would 65 extra dollars because 14 inch rough toilets are more expensive. I agreed to pay 65 extra dollars because I wanted my toilet against the wall like anyone would want. They came back out again for the 10th time to replace the American standard toilet with another toilet......which was NOT an American standard toilet......it was an Mansfield toilet with a 14inch rough....and they charged us 95bucks for that toilet........which is TOTAL BS, considering Mansfield toilets are cheaper than American standard toilets......so basically I got charged 30 bucks more than I originally thought for a junk toilet when I should have received a American standard 14 inch rough. I agreed to pay 65 for the SAME TOILET THAT WAS CRACKED and they charged me 95 for a cheaper junk toilet. I WOULD RECOMMEND USING ANY OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY THAT IS NOT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM RELATED TO AAA ADAVANCED PLUMBING..........Brian nix , so you think you could tell me how to add pics to my review???? I've taken numerous pictures of what you guys call plumbing and I think people should see what you as the owner stands behind. Thanks for reading this and I hope you get the chance to hire REAL PLUMBERS one day. Thanks ;)

I would like to Thank AAA plumbing for coming to fix the problem that I had with the pipe in my front yard and getting it done quickly so that water could be restored in my home. These Gentleman were very professional and even educated me a bit about my situation. I can't say Thank you enough. YES! the names says it all AAA is one of the best in the Cleveland area for your plumbing needs!
I recently had my hot water heater go out in my house. I called them for service and they sent a technician out the next morning before I went to work to diagnose the problem. He determined that we needed a new water heater and ordered one. Steve, the technician came back the next day to install the new water heater and had it done and me out the door for work on time. Thanks for awesome service Steve and AAA!
Thank you Anthony, for being so kind and generous with your time and expertise.
I moved into my home in August, by September I was hearing what appeared to be very strong rattling in my walls when I would flush the toilet and turn on the sink at the same time or when any two items in the house were running water at the same time. I had purchased a home warranty they sent out AAA advance plumbing. Marcellus was professional, thorough and very determined to find the problem. He found the problem came back a week later with the part and fixed the problem. He checked the water pressure coming into the house reset that to 50%. He explained everything he did. I would definitely recommend Marcellus give that man a raise.😊
This company is a joke... On Sunday 1/6/2019 our Rheem PowerVent water heater stopped working. I called IGS (HVAC / plumbing insurance) first thing Monday morning to explain the problem. They made contact with AAA Advanced Plumbing and told me they would get in contact with me shortly with a time they could come out and fix the water heater. Later in the morning I got a call saying all the plumbers were tied up, but someone would come out to take a look at the water heater. Welp I guess that's better than nothing... A couple hours later someone stopped out for 5 mins to look at the tank to confirm the vent blower was shot. They then told me they should have some prices in the afternoon to fix or replace the tank. Heard nothing until I called Tuesday morning at which time I was told someone would get back to me. A few hours later I got a call with some numbers. They told me it'd be about $830 to replace the blower or $1700 to replace the whole tank. My insurance will cover up to $750 of repairs. While waiting for calls I decided to look up the part myself. A consumer can purchase the blower for $315. This company told me it would be $550. In addition to the outrageous cost of the part, they told me it would take 3 hours to install and needed some modifications to work properly. When I asked what the modifications were they told me it had to be wired into the tank. Ummmm... It has a standard electrical plug that goes into an outlet and a small plug that plugs into the tank. Something that might take a couple mins for someone with two broken hands. So at this point I have to pay $80 out of pocket for something that should take less than 30 mins to replace.
Let me touch base on the water heater cost real quick. $1200 for the tank then another $500 in labor. I could go to Lowes and pick up the same Rheem PowerVent they quoted for $790. So I'm paying an extra $1,000 for what!?
Fast forward to today (Friday 1/11/2019). Guy shows up 1.5 hours late with a box in one hand and a screwdriver in the other. 14 mins later the hot water tank is fixed and running. He then hands me a bill for $18.80. Is this some kind of joke!? I'm not paying that. IGS covers up to $750. You mean to tell me you guys charge $934/hr in labor!?? Get out of here.... What a ripoff!!
Good company to work with. My sump pump went out and Ken came out and fixed it through my home warranty company.

Terrible company. Absolutely avoid. Rude, unprofessional, lacks communication.
First, the guy they sent out was incredibly nosy, looking into rooms he wasnt working in and making unneccesary comments like, how is this your master bedroom? Where is your bed? None of your business (in fact the bed simply hadnt arrived yet, duh).
Secondly, no one wears shoes in our home as we feel it is unhygenic. He initially shows up wearing booties but then on the second trips to and from the house, he comes in wearing his boots.
Overall, simply an unpleasant person to deal with.
So it turns out that we needed a part for our toilet. The part took 4 weeks to arrive. I called our local hardware store and they had the same part in stock so why did it take so long?? Further more, no one ever called to give us an update, we had to continuously call.
Finally, the part arrives. The guy shows up to our house on a random day. No one was at home because there was NO advanced notice. Then the guy proceeds to tell us Oh I was supposed to be here at 8am but I forgot the part so here I am now. Mind you, it was 10am at this point. So I speak with him and I say, okay, I am not home, please come tomorrow. He says he will be there first thing in the morning.
So I am prepared for his arrival at 8am and made the proper arrangements with work so that this could happen. 8am goes by, 830 goes by. No one is here. Finally at 9 I call. They said, oh he should be here at 10. 10 comes and goes. 11 comes and goes. Finally at 11:40, I call to ask, what is going on. Apparently he was tied up with another customer still. How could that be the case when literally yesterday he said he would be here first thing in the morning??
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And the guy was rude as well!!

Completely unprofessional! I had a scheduled appointment for 8a-12p for an emergency service with a sewer drain that was backing up in my basement. This company never showed up! When I called around 2p I was told they would still be arriving and I was still on the schedule. They never arrived or even had the decency to notify me they weren’t coming. I took off work and was stressed to the max! Pretty foul to waste someone time when another company could have been contacted to get the job done! Just terrible!
We had a nasty stench randomly wafting into our building but could never seem to find the source. The team from Advanced Plumber was brought in to troubleshoot. Using a clever pressurized smoke test procedure, they were able to find all the drain line leaks in what is a very large building and went immediately to work fixing them. Thanks for the prompt and accurate service. The tenants are happy they can breathe easy now!

I thought I was going to receive a quote today for work on my property but I did not receive a phone call or email as promised.
Steve was here. Quickly analyzed and fixed the faulty Moen faucet and installed a new disposal. Totally efficient and skilled, friendly and confident. Highly recommend Steve if you use this company.
This company was supposed to come out between 8am& 12 pm yesterday . They called at 11:58 to tell me the technician’s car broke down and he would not be coming. I explained to them that my husband took the day off work to have this service completed. They told me they could come out today between 12&4. 4:00 rolls around and they still aren’t here. I called them and they told me they aren’t coming. They said they couldn’t give me any reason or explanation. How unprofessional! I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I had the choice.

This was the best plumbing outfit I personally ever worked with, the hole team was fantastic. They went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied.
We had AAA Advanced plumbing come over to fix our kitchen faucet. This was through our home warranty. Our faucet was from Moen and the home warranty would replace it with a cheaper brand. The technician Steve insisted on having it repaired with parts from Moen and they got it ordered from Moen. It took close to 2 months for Moen to ship the parts but it was totally worth the wait. They could have easily closed the service by getting a cheaper replacement through home warranty! Would like to thank Jonathan and Steve from AAA for their thorough professionalism and going above and beyond for giving us an excellent customer experience.

Friendly service, urgent response as needed
Very kind
Steve D. was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. He came out once to inspect the water heater and he was also assigned to install it a week later. The other 2 guys that came to help him remove the old one and transfer the new one were also very professional. They were quick and very quiet; while working from home I didn't even notice them moving the old and new as well as see their van and truck leave! Steve had to make some modifications, he explained why in a way that I could understand, that was very helpful. He also kept in mind whoever would be coming out in the future if there were any problems with any other appliances in that room.
Overall great service, we're very satisfied with our new water heater! Thank you!
Marcellus was professional, on time and willing to work with my schedule. He was a hardworker who didn't stop until he knew the problem was fixed. Thank you!

I scheduled a service visit when I had moved into my new home over the weekend of July 31, 2021. I received a confirmation text of the work order on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 4:36PM. On Tuesday, I called to confirm the appointment and was told between 8-12 arrival time, when it was 12:30. The operator confirmed that I was still scheduled for the day but that they were running behind. I did not receive a call later in the day to reschedule, and no one showed up. I called the next day around 12:30 again to confirm I was still on their schedule and was given the same response as the first time, that I was scheduled for 8-12 and that they were slightly behind schedule. I was later called by someone else to confirm I was next in line for service. I then received a text that specified my technician, Steve, was on his way at 1:15. Steve was great. He unclogged the toilet in our basement that someone had previously put wet wipes into (he pulled them out and explained why it was bad, and I completely agreed with him). I had Steve look at the piping in the basement and then a leak from the toilet on the second floor. Turns out the toilet was super old and needed to be replaced because the back section was loose. He offered to have a quote for AAA picking up the toilet to install, and also quote just the labor for install. I have not received that quote yet, but it has only been 24 hours. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and provided me some great information about the drainage system I had in place in the basement, and toilet maintenance. He didn't mind me hovering as he completed his tasks and we had great conversations. The scheduling aspect was not ideal, as I was hoping to have received notice on the Tuesday they were not going to get to me, and had to call in to confirm the appointment on two different days, but overall it was a relatively painless experience. I will be returning to them for the second floor toilet install with or without a quote, once I am able to obtain a new toilet.
WOW - In less than an hour the guys (George & Sawyer) found the access to the main sewer pipe in the front lawn. Diagnosed the problem, snaked the drain, checked it out and were on their way. How's that for service!
My sewer line from the house to the street collapse Could not wash clothes, use the toilet or shower without water coming up from the basement drain. We called this company and they came out the next day, gave me a estimate and was able to replace the pipe the next day. I feel I got the best price ( I did shop around) and the service and technicians we're excellent Would definitely use them again. Thank you so much guys for fixing a very bad problem in a quick and professional way

DISHONEST AND OVERPRICED
We were sent a plumber from AAA plumbing by our 2-10 homebuyers warranty after our basement flooded. A plumber came out to try to diagnose the problem.
The plumber was clearly rushing our appointment. He didn't want to be there and that was apparent. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Instead he poked his head a few places, stayed no longer than 5 minutes, told me the problem, and wrote me a quote for nearly $1000 to snake out our storm drain.
I was charged $100 for just a few minutes of his time and he was entirely unhelpful.
He should have told me to have the city come out and snake their side of the storm and sewer system as this solves 50% of the drain backups in our area. Also, it shouldn't cost more than $200 to snake out a storm drain. I was given many many more affordable quotes from other plumbers. It's easy work. Luckily we were able to solve our problems without AAA.

Please don't be offended by the title of my book. There is a message behind it. Anyway, I have nothing but good reviews about this company. Extremely professional from the beginning to the end.
First, mere words can't express my overwhelming gratitude towards the workmanship that Jason, Frank, and George showed.
Second, these guys at AAA Advanced plumbing are well skilled at their craft, polite and courteous and they taught me a lot.
Third, I generally don't give reviews, but these guys impressed me so much that it was neccessary for me to tell anyone who hires them that I hope your experience will be as good as mine..
Lastly, if I have the unfortunate experience of dealing with old galvanized pipes again, I will not hesitate to call. I highly highly recommend this company.
Charged me a removal and didn't tell me tell after the fact. Guy by the name of Craig and Ernie, Not trustworthy!

Exscuse my online name but my names Greg Baldwin and I hired AAA through my home warrenty to fix a clogged basement drain. Luckily I had Joseph Dunikowski as my technician and was blessed to have someone as knowledgeable as him and his crewmate. It was messy work but he did an amazing job. I will absolutely be using and referring AAA in the future.

The tech was on time and went to work right away. He communicated the problem and was very professional. He also was nice and neat. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks.
Back in July, I confirmed AAA to perform services in our front yard. Paid the $1,000 down payment right away. No phone call, email, or text message for 2 months. Checked in frequently for a tentative date, next week was given multiple times. Not one single phone call or update from them.
With the work completed two days ago, I had the owner show up at my house unannounced asking for payment. No pleasantries, no asking if I was happy with the service. Just I'm here for the credit card.
The service personnel and back office employees were all very helpful and nice - can't say the same about ownership. Easy way to lose business.
AAA Plumbing were professional, on time and did quality work. Jeremy and the rest of the crew are honest and hard working. Thank you!
Did a good job. Customer service was exceptional.

A big shout out to AAA Advanced Plumbing and Drain. They just finished up major sewer work for me and did a great job. Their technician, John, worked on it for six straight business days and did a masterful job re-plumbing what was a spider web of old, broken and failing pipes. John kept me up to date on the work he was doing, the problems he was encountering, and how he was correcting them.

Had a blocked bathroom sink. Got a service appointment for the day after I called. Steve was my tech. He was extremely kind and personable. He really looked around to assess the situation and explained EVERYTHING as he did it as well as what he might need to do next. He was respectful of my property and even cleaned up more than I would have expected. In a day and age when customer service is nothing like it used to be, this tech and company still hold fast to making sure they treat customers well, do a good/thorough job and charge a fair price. I would DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY recommend them for plumbing issues!! The AAA in their name speaks to the great job!
My experience with this company was a nightmare. I was overcharged for a bathtub install. I already had the tub and the faucet. Didn’t buy Anything from them just needed installed. I had to instruct them that I needed something to step up to be able to get on the tub and the guy gave me a hard time wanting me to step over a tub that was built up about 4 feet. Something that should have taken 2 days took 2 weeks add money to my bill without discussion didn’t install the faucet didn’t call to a schedule didn’t send an itemized bill for the extra charges and was extremely rude. Said they was going to call the tile
guy to install the tile and didn’t call back. The owner called and said that wasn’t part of the contract and said to call when tile was installed or I could pay them extra for the tile. I said NO because I was overcharged ALREADY. My tub is still NOT COMPLETELY FINISHED. They are demanding a balance and they DIDN’T FINISH THE JOB. Sad I DON’T RECOMMEND

One of our residents had water pouring out her tub faucet and was unable to shut the water off. No shutoff valve. We needed after hours emergency service. Ron G came, got the water stopped, and repaired the faucet. He cleaned not only the faucet but the tub and floor next to tub. He was so kind to our 86-yr-old resident. Resident was happy. Management was happy. Will use this company as our go-to plumber from now on for our buildings. Hopefully Ron G will be available 😊

AAA Advanced Plumbing always answer there phone and the customer service representative were great trying to get the problem resolved! The service tech. Steve was Awesome great guy and knows what he is doing!!!!
AHS Home warranty assigned AAA Plumbing since Weise Plumbing didn't follow through. AAA Plumbing technician came out, saw and acknowledged problems saying outside hose faucet needs replaced, the kitchen sink faucet needs replaced and the bathroom piping is eroded and needs replaced. He also looked in the basement and said there are many other plumbing problems that need fixed. He took photos. He even brought an outside consultant woman to share how she can help fix things, but I declined. I wasn't sure why an outside company, not covered through the warranty was at my house. Then I called AAA Plumbing today to ask when work would be done and was told to call my home warranty company. I called AHS Home Warranty and was told AAA Plumbing came out to my house yesterday (they didn't) and that the technician said there were NO problems. This is false. The technician acknowledged the problems when he was here. He also said he spent all day fixing the messes Weise Plumbing caused. I called AAA Plumbing back and the person said my case was closed. I said nothing was done. She said the technician would have to explain it to me. My home warranty company said that AAA Plumbing told them nothing was wrong. The technician saw the problems. Why would he tell my home warranty company nothing needed fixed?

Unlike the company that was sent to fix my water heater before them, they not only responded the same day they were assigned to schedule a visit, but the visit was within a few days, they had to come out a second time and did so the next day and fixed the issue and provided some insights into maintaining the hot water heater. Excellent, professional service
Advance does very nice work and can fit in your request in a very reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Very pleased with my experiences with this company.

The initial response time was commendable given the current state of others plumbers we contacted. The staff is friendly and helpful. The plumbers were knowledgeable and professional. We had an issue with the ignition being broken on the new water heater they installed. The plumbers called the manufacturer, ordered the part, it was delivered the next morning and the plumbers were at my home in less than an hour to install it. They were clean and courteous as well. Thanks to AAA, Joe & his partner we don't have to go another weekend without hot water. Thanks much!!

The owner came out to look at the problem. Very polite person and understanding my issue. After three attempts from Fazio Plumbing company and being very dissatisfied with them. They are very unprofessional company. Ernie sent Peppi and Reytheon
out for the repair. Very polite and professional people. They fixed the problem and explained what they did. I'm very thankful for Advanced Plumbing company. Finally after one year of aggravation from Fazio plumbing. I thank Advanced Plumbing for a fine job. Very satisfied. Thank You very much.
The service was professional and understandable.

Very professional and went beyond to get the necessary parts and return on the same afternoon. Cleaned up afterward too.
Appreciated the update calls & emails that let us know when the serviceman would arrive.
We would use them again if ever necessary and would recommend them to others.
I have used this company for two large jobs, all necessary and expensive. I have an older home. I got three estimates from credible companies but didn’t trust what I was told until AAA . They were beyond expectation. The job was explained to me to thoroughly understand, the men who worked here were professional, trustworthy, on time and the jobs were on on schedule. I will not use any other company.
This was the best plumbing company by far, the plumber's were friendly and professional
Kudos to their staff

I had a plumbing problem over the weekend and had a plumber come out and he could not fix the problem. I had my home warranty send the order to AAA to see if they could fix it, thinking I needed power jetting as the other plumber told me I did. AAA got me right in the next day in the morning! They sent Joe D and he was GREAT!!!!! Very knowledgeable and came right in a fixed my problem that another plumber couldn't fix WITHOUT power jetting! He thinks outside the box which paid off for me! He also did work on my parents house (which is how I knew about AAA and that I should use them) He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for them! I can't say enough about him! WE WILL ALWAYS USE AND RECOMMEND AAA Advanced Plumbing because of him! GIVE HIM A RAISE, he deserve it!
We didn't use AAA plumbing but everyone was very professional.
